Excellent price value in the city, the staff at the desk was very helpful in checking me in. Room decoration was modern and elegant, it was clean and spacious from room to bathroom. As the hotel is located outside the city walls it's a bit of a walk to reach the main tourist area of Datong, but it's a nice walk along the city walls to start with, and there's anyway no rush on holidays. Cab fare to come back was fairly cheap, less than 15rmb.

朋友來大同就近找了一家酒店，古香古色的，環境簡直太好了，與其説酒店更像一家特色民宿，裏面還有中醫理療項目價格也不貴，主要在古城邊上價格也不高，超預期，給大同酒店👍
環境：外地朋友可以打卡拍照，超出片。

首先第一天辦理入住前台站了兩位工作人員在打電話，旁邊還坐了一位工作人員，看到有人來辦入住，沒有人搭理，我們站了好幾分鐘後忍不住説辦理入住旁邊的工作人員才搭話説讓我們等一下。
一進房間就是一股煙味，想打開窗户通風才發現被安排進了半封閉窗的房間，窗户打開是個隔板。
房間燒水壺壺蓋壞了，跟工作人員説需要更換，工作人員説沒事，手動蓋上還能燒水。
晚上洗澡水冷得不行，打電話跟前台反饋，那邊説找鍋爐師傅看看，後面連着洗了幾天温水澡，直接凍感冒了。
還好平時有檢查的習慣，衣櫃的浴袍一打開發現有黃色不明污漬，還有根頭髮。
電動馬桶壞了也沒維修，人過去根本打不開還需要手動掰開。
五一假期7、800的房費就給我拉個大的，真噁心！第一次住這麼噁心的酒店，我也從來沒給酒店給過差評，這個是真忍不了，零七八碎要吐槽的點太多了，到最後反正也知道打電話給前台就跟****，乾脆什麼也不説了，住完拉倒了，避雷吧大家

先説好的，衞生幾乎沒有死角，毛巾床品乾淨舒適，枕頭三四種高度總有一款合適的，設施配套齊全，連微波爐和餐具都有，客房服務員態度親和，房間沒有一絲異味，陽光明媚通風方便，非常靜音。
再説不好的，影響心情的。第一天到服務員給開了個電梯口的房間，我擔心休息不好下去換房，服務員説住滿了，衹有走廊盡頭的房間介意嗎，我説介意，猶豫了一會給換了個5樓的房間，我去了掃一眼沒大問題就出去吃飯了，回來想鎖門休息，發現防盜鏈是壞的，而且門鎖不能反鎖，又換了一間總算妥帖了。所以明明有房偏偏用嘴最次的開始逐步試探我的底線。第三天晚上回來累得不行，房卡竟然失效了，又下去做房卡，明明是前台少做一天，竟然連一句抱歉都沒有。第四天下午兩點退房，中午十二點多回來房卡又不能用了。一整個無語，兩個班的前台都不怎麼樣！期間我還有問過前台有沒有一次性筷子，竟然都沒告訴我房間有餐具，是前台也不知道吧。酒店搞得那麼好，結果前台毀所有。

酒店位置還可以，距離古城牆很近，步行也就十分鐘左右就到了。房間大，就是設施太陳舊了。服務一般，想要一瓶水都不好好給。門前可以免費停車。沒有早餐，需要單獨購買，每人58元，好像是美金。

我其實不怎麼喜歡寫點評，但這個酒店我必須要寫一下，首先衞生方面，整間屋子讓我覺得到處瀰漫著灰塵的感覺，窗簾，床頭，還有床四周的紗帳。還有我不知道為什麼前台會給我安排一間到處是雷的房間，洗手間的插座不能用，房間裏除了牀頭櫃的插座可以用之外其它所有插座都不能用，以至於我一開始以為是吹風機有問題！還有，空調也不能用，幸好我是一個怕冷的人，剛好不需要空調，否則我真的會炸毛，（但其實我老公怕熱，他炸毛了！）他當時是想換房間的，但很不幸我已經讓他把我們的床單被罩鋪好了，他懶得去另外的房間再套一次，所以就算了！還有就是停車位很不好找，有時候要等很久。還好衹是住了兩晚，總之下次不會再選擇這個酒店。
