One of the best hotels to stay not just in Siliguri but in India. The place is situated among lush tea gardens and has been tastefully decorated. We stayed here for 2 days and the rooms were huge with extra spacious washrooms and a balcony overlooking the tea gardens. They have lots of amenities inside and the staff are also very helpful. Their dinner buffet was excellent and had all types of cuisines in offer ***** with which they also added a dish of our choice. Evening high tea among tea estate should also not be missed. We were there in Bengali New year day and their breakfast buffet was special to celebrate the occasion. It was hands down one of the best breakfast I have ever had. Will definitely want to return here.

In Darjeeling, it can be regarded as one of the best quality hotels. Although the surrounding area is very shabby, it is a small harbor, which is especially suitable for two people (because of the double breakfast). From Darjeeling Railway Station, drag the suitcase to the hotel for about 15 minutes. Young people are fine. It is only 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Peak Plaza. It is very convenient. There is a night market with stalls nearby. There was even a miniso, and I was drunk too, and the holiday brand that lost the Chinese face was flooding everywhere. The video was shot in the room with a time-lapse. In addition, free luggage storage is provided here, you can go for four or five days on foot, leave your luggage here, and pick it up later.

Hotel Shangri-la Regency is a detached building and has excellent light and ventilation whilst its elevated position means most rooms have views of the Kanchenjunga.Hotel Shangri-la Regency has 12 rooms, Rooftop Lounge and a Bar. Each room has an en suite bathroom and 24 hrs running hot & cold water. Every room has Cable TV, in-house telephone, tea coffee tray and a safe. The Double Deluxe & Delux Attic rooms are of a standard size hotel room and ideal for two guests. Most double deluxe rooms have private balconies. The Suites have a bedroom and a small separate sitting room with a private balcony and if required can accommodate 1 or two extra persons comfortably. The Roof Top Lounge has a fantastic 180* panoramic view of the spectacular Kanchenjunga mountain range and the tea gardens below, probably the best views in town. The hotel has five floors altogether, and whilst (as with all other hotels in Darjeeling) there isn't a lift, the design of the building reduces the effort needed to climb the stairs!Breakfast is included in the hotel tariff and is served in the Rooftop Lounge. The Indian breakfast is a choice of stuffed parathas, aloo puris with aloo dum and mixed vegetables, pickles and curd, juice, tea or coffee. Alternatively, you can have two eggs cooked to your preference, sausages with hash browns, fried tomatoes, toast, butter and jam, juice, tea or coffee. If you prefer breakfast in your room we will most happily oblige at no extra charge.

Sterling Darjeeling made our trip to Darjeeling absolutely majestic . The courtesy of the staff is unparalleled. We would specially like to mention the names of Ms Doma and Mr Dheeraj Malik . While the location of the facility 500 metres above the main road , made it difficult for us to approach nearby restaurants, the delicious cuisine tabled by the experiences chef of Sterling, saved us the trouble of the trek up and down . An enjoyable trip and comfortable stay at Sterling ...Thank you Sterling Darjeeling Just one suggestion ....can you maintain a shuttle service to Mall road at fixed times .....it will attract more tourists

It’s the only choice for me at darjeeling. Mayfair darjeeling is definitely amongst the top ten properties in india. Kudos to the team led by GM Sabyasachi Mohanty who is a very experience *** and well regarded hotelier nationwide. Summer Palace Hotel in Darjeeling is the ideal budget hotel. First of all, they offer accommodation and food at unbeatable prices. During my visit with my friends, I discovered that the hotel offered food and lodging together at a very reasonable price. We were unsure whether the hotel service and food quality would be good while staying there. We checked several hotels in the same area before coming to Summer Palace. Most of the hotels in the nearby area charged much higher prices and ***y did not even offer food. Summer Palace's price, at first, surprised us - damm cheap. Then we asked the ***ager to show us the rooms and the hotel services. However, after seeing the room and talking to the ***ager, we felt confident that we could try it out. Our financial budget was very tight, and it was a full season for Darjeeling. In any case, we decided to stay there. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food was excellent. Non-vegetarian meal three times. The experience was more than satisfactory for us. Unbelievably the room was very nice, with wood-crafted walls and a large ground floor. From its balcony, the room offers a magnificent Kanchanjangha view. Stunned, we were. My friend joked that there was no way this hotel could offer such great service and superb rooms for such a cheap price unless the owner had black money. This has been our most enjoyable trip so far.

booked directly after finding the number on google. stayed there for a week. pros 1. very cooperative staff, friendly in nature and polite behaviour. 2. food from inhouse kitchen is affordable and hygienic. 3. i was traveling with my dog, although the do not allow pets, but cooperated really nicely to accommodate. had informed them in advance though. 4. provided food for the pet too, which was a really adorable gesture from there side. ***y thanks. 5. really clean room with nice view. away from city noise, book if you like calm and quite places. cons; 1. far from city, so have your own transportation ( approx 3-4 km rural road to main market ) 2. although cctv covered,but parking is on the road in front of hotel. 3. rooms in 3 sections, delux : avg rooms on lower floors. (ok ok) standard : good room executive : newly constructed very good rooms. Be careful which category you book else you have to pay extra charges for upgradation. Overall very positive experience.

In Darjeeling, it can be regarded as one of the best quality hotels. Although the surrounding area is very shabby, it is a small harbor, which is especially suitable for two people (because of the double breakfast). From Darjeeling Railway Station, drag the suitcase to the hotel for about 15 minutes. Young people are fine. It is only 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Peak Plaza. It is very convenient. There is a night market with stalls nearby. There was even a miniso, and I was drunk too, and the holiday brand that lost the Chinese face was flooding everywhere. The video was shot in the room with a time-lapse. In addition, free luggage storage is provided here, you can go for four or five days on foot, leave your luggage here, and pick it up later.

We stayed at this hotel from 17th-20th June 2022 with group of 38 people They don’t know what hospitality is … Starting from Sales to checkout Although we paid 80% (2 days out of 3 days) advance payment but their sales team lady (Seema) still didn’t confirmed our booking and left our guest waiting in lobby for 3 hours until she got the full payment. As was travelling to darjeeling from Bagdogra there was mobile network issue so I wasn’t able to make the balance payment. Although I requested that I will pay as soon as I reach there we were having booking for 21 rooms and just allocate 2 rooms to families that have reached early but she was ada***t Hotel is really in BAD shape and now I understood why they ask for all payment. They have 2 building and they only showcase the main heritage building. The standard rooms are he worst ones to stay in the other building Although some rooms are big but no maintenance was there the flooring is broken, leakage, smell of dampness, broken furniture … and ***y more (problem with all rooms) They don’t have enough staff to cater room service or house keeping. Towels were not changed for 3 days. You request 1 thing and you would be lucky to get within in 1 hr without 3-4 reminders. They don’t keep stock of any food material. The hotel was occupied but they only have 8-10 snack options (No French Fries, No Peanuts) … Can you Imagine I have seen lot of guest complaining to change the room but they cudn’t help it. They shifted us to nearby hotel saying that they will give us better rooms next day but I have to fight hard to claim those rooms next day Not even single team member was happy with the stay. The ***agement should fire all the staff and close down this if they aren’t able to handle

Sterling Darjeeling made our trip to Darjeeling absolutely majestic . The courtesy of the staff is unparalleled. We would specially like to mention the names of Ms Doma and Mr Dheeraj Malik . While the location of the facility 500 metres above the main road , made it difficult for us to approach nearby restaurants, the delicious cuisine tabled by the experiences chef of Sterling, saved us the trouble of the trek up and down . An enjoyable trip and comfortable stay at Sterling ...Thank you Sterling Darjeeling Just one suggestion ....can you maintain a shuttle service to Mall road at fixed times .....it will attract more tourists

Hotel is completely beautiful. Just awesome view from hotel. Clean and clear. Complete package for honeymoon couple or newly married couples. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Warm welcome we got when reached there. Always ready to help you out. Most beautiful part of the hotel is lobby launge and the terrace. Just take a cup of a coffee and seat there. Its really heart touching and refreshing.very near to darjeeling mall 10mnt walking distance. Only one cons the location. Difficult for aged or unfit person, specially with luggage. Tasty Foods are also provide with special care. Very impressed with the room facilities. Highly recommended for couples and families also to be refreshed and relaxed. Most important every single penny worthy.

We were very well taken care of by the staff of the hotel right from the moment of our arrival to departure. We had some late requests to change the mattress which were too soft for me which they had arranged in short notice. Though we ate dinner out due to time constraints we did find the breakfast tasty and ample quantity for all of us.
