Qing Qiu Hotel

首先要誇一下辦理入住的小姐姐 服務態度還挺好。但是房間沒有窗户，300多這個價格在星海廣場選擇真的很多，沒有窗户真的是致命缺點。其次就是牀頭櫃一層灰，衞生間的地板都是水漬。我覺得這個房間質量和價格不匹配。

多看看評價吧………高檔型酒店一言難盡………本來預訂浴缸房，因為行程變動自己腦子也有點壞掉重新改了隔天無窗房連住兩晚……結果根本轉不開身，空間很小，室內温度32度一直降不下來，一晚上都在焗桑拿，根本沒法睡兩個娃也受罪，小姐姐倒是很熱情拿風扇來一直道歉，但是……真的解決不了那種極度不舒服的感覺，毛巾比地墊還黑也很迷，其他房間瞄了幾眼也是小小的迷你的，半夜三更取消後一天的酒店換其他家，一夜睡了兩小時想哭…建議夏天才定這種酒店，冬天什麼天台酒肆全都沒有，送的咖啡也是超不精緻的一次性紙杯的嗚嗚，早餐定食38元好評，很多種很大份，臨走送了護手霜，工作人員在一樓幫忙行李上車好評。

This hotel has 4 stars on trip.com. I would give it a 2.5 (maybe a 3). I booked the 'no window' room on the same floor as the front desk and restaurant (5th floor). I got the worst headache when I was in the room from either the cigarette smoke (from the smokers in the restaurant) and/or the foul smell from the bathroom/sink. The room and bathroom seemed clean, but there was a thick smell from the pipes. Because there was no window, I could not ventilate the room. I was given a fan, so I kept that on as an air circulator. OF course, it did little to help with my headache. The headache subsided whenever I left the hotel, so I strongly do not recommend the 'no window' room. The hotel is a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport (30 yuan), for that reason I would recommend the hotel if you are you are only there for a short time and on a tight budget to save on accommodation and transportation. The staff is courteous; however, I had to go through hoops to get them to call a taxi for pick up at 5:30 am. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the main road where taxis frequent. I would also recommend a shower filter as I spotted 'something' floating in the water. To leave my review on a positive note, the bed was massive and comfortable. The sheets were nicely pressed just like the ones you will find in a western style hotel. Pillows were comfy too.

The hotel staff were so kind and friendly. They did not speak English but we're able to communicate using a translation APP. The brought extra water bottles to my room and asked about the room temperature. I ended up staying at my girlfriend's apartment instead of the hotel after the first night and they allowed me to cancel even though they didn't have to. I had ordered a jacket to be delivered to my room, which ended up arriving after I checked out. The hotel kept it for me and let me pick it up from there once delivered. The view from my room was awesome. The only negative was the walls were a little thin and I could hear the neighbors. I'd definitely stay here again.

Awesome service with a great location!

It's basic in that it is just what you need from a place to stay - a very clean and comfortable place to sleep with attentive service - but no amenities like pool, spa, entertainment, etc. It's right on Xinghai Square, overlooking a canal a block and a half up from the sea. Very good value for the price. In addition to bath products, the room even had laundry detergent. View from window looks across canal at The Castle.
