The hotel is at the sixth floor of a building inside a compound. The check-in process was very smooth. The location is a bit far away from the main attractions but is close to the train station, and the view from the room is amazing. It is a pity that our stay was so short, but for us it is was a pleasure to have our breakfast delivered to our building with ******* and enjoy it in our room with the nice view. The service was very nice connecting us with a driver for the day, and offering tips around the area. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Just got back from an amazing stay at the Pullman Dali ! First off, the views of Erhai Lake are incredible. Waking up to that every morning was worth the trip alone. The hotel is super modern and everything was spotlessly clean—our room felt like a perfect, comfortable retreat. But the real highlight was the service. A huge shoutout to our room assistant, Tracy! She was so attentive and helpful. For two days, she was basically my personal ”Ask Me Anything” guide for the hotel and Dali. Need a restaurant tip? Ask Tracy. How to work the lights? Tracy knows. Extra pillows? Tracy's on it. She answered every single question and made everything so easy and smooth. If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable hotel with stunning views and staff who genuinely make your stay better, this is it. Thanks especially to Tracy for making our trip so special! Highly recommend!

The room was so clean and completely renovated. The location was great. The reception helped find the visiting places. When you are booking the hotel via this APP, make sure the information is updated! For the room I booked it was written that the room has a lake view but unfortunately, when I got my room it had a building view! I contacted “customer service”, and they gave me some “coins” in the APP as compensation. I will choose this hotel again if I travel to Dali.

If I could, I’ll give a score of 100/10! This is such a fantastic experience staying here. What is so impressive is the SERVICE and the actual room facilities. The staff is soooooooo friendly and helpful - he basically helped me plan my itinerary every day because I came with zero plans and only wanted to relax. He helped me to plan my route and book a car for day use. And the driver is amazing too - he brought me to try 扎染 tie dye even when I didn’t know anything about it. He made sure I went to a local experience instead of expensive tourist trap. And he’s great at taking photos too! Back to the staff. He would understand what I’m interested in and then give suggestions that I’ll like. Amazing. And there is even a whole list of things to watch out for when visiting all the tourists attractions. When you arrive, they’ll also message you all the places to eat. There is also a convenience store right downstairs if you want to buy anything. They also gives you instructions if you want food delivery. So detailed!! And they are so proud of the fact that their rooms are exactly what it looked like on the app. So clean so new so amazing. Look at that view! You wake up to the view of the vast sea. And there is a giant bath tub for you to experience soaking in bubble bath (also given) at the same time. The toilets are always the make or break when travelling. And the toilets are amazing again. AUTOMATIC flush and the seat cover automatically opens and close. My goodness. And the shower has different outlets if you want some form of water acupuncture 🤣 very modern. And they even have a towel dryer/heater!!! You can dry anything small and it’ll be dry and crisp. Normally hotel pillows give me headaches. But not here! They have the latex foam pillow and also the normal fluffy pillows. It is so suitable and comfortable for me who is accustomed to memory foam pillows. How can accommodation get so detailed and excellent? Breakfast is another wonderful experience. You go the dining area and an aunty cooks porridge or noodles or meat buns or corn or sweet potatoes and serve them to you. There is even soya bean drink and fritters and lots of sauces and seasonings and small bites. And there is unlimited bottled beverages like honey jasmine tea or oolong tea and fruits and coffee. How do they even make a profit? And there is even a place to rest and relax and drink tea if you come with friends. I can’t wait to come back here with more friends and family and let me experience what I enjoyed so much here. Thank you to the staff and to the boss! 😁😍

Excellent stay. Very good and helpful staff who gave us an upgrade and provide great assistance during an unexpected situation. Location is very close to the train station and business district. Ancient Town and the Pagodas are a bit of a hike but we found connectivity via Didi to be easy at 35 minutes and around 40 yuans. Breakfast is amazing, we really appreciated the western options and the coffee. Special call out to the front desk team working this morning for their assistance with coordinating the delivery of our lost items from another Hilton to our next Hotel, also a Hilton. Highly recommend.

Facilities: The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are quite comprehensive and all very new. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: The surrounding area is quite pleasant and relatively quiet. Next time I come to Dali, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. It offers great value for money.

Choosing Mehao for our trip to Dali was such a smart decision, and I have to especially praise their shuttle service! I booked our high-speed train pickup with the front desk in advance, and the driver was waiting for us right on time, even helping with our heavy luggage. He was so pleasant throughout. The front desk staff greeted us with a constant smile, processed our check-in quickly, and proactively recommended a scenic route around Erhai Lake, even offering welcome tea. When we wanted to go to the shopping district later, they promptly arranged a shuttle for us, saving us the hassle of booking taxis back and forth. The housekeeping and security staff always greeted guests, and any requests were handled incredibly fast. The service was attentive and warm throughout our stay, and the shuttle service really took the stress out of travel. This is definitely the top choice for anyone visiting Dali; I highly recommend it!

The ideal location across from Dali railway station and bus number 4 conveniently gets you to the ancient town and three pagodas. As a hotel it serves the basics...though as non English speaker issues are not easily resolved despite them saying they have multilingual staff (that means they use an app). Rooms are not cleaned properly (dirty cups not replaced and amenities not restocked. The coffee/ tea area in the room is a cup and two tea bags - no stirrer sugar or milk. Breakfast is chaotic - running out of good, dirty and not enough space to sit when what seems the whole hotel cones to breakfast at the same time...group booking I would suggest. Gym is the biggest joke. All equipment is broken and I'm sure no management has checked it since it was purchased. Most of the time guest luggage is placed in front of the entrance to the gym as they eat in the restaurant! Would I recommend - only if proximity to station is important. Brett (Australia) Nov 25

Escolhi uma casa de família por vários dias e não me decepcionei. As instalações são muito novas e a limpeza é impecável. Dá para sentir um leve aroma assim que se abre a porta. Minha família é misófila e dá muita atenção à higiene da roupa de cama e dos banheiros. Entrei na casa e dei uma olhada. Não há nenhuma falha. Há também uma cozinha no primeiro andar. Você pode comprar mantimentos e cozinhar sozinho. É muito adequado para viagens de negócios. A louça é completa, então cozinhar é tranquilo. A recepcionista também é muito simpática. Ela continuou nos apresentando as atrações da região, tomou a iniciativa de nos ajudar com a bagagem e disse que poderíamos encontrá-la se precisássemos de alguma coisa. Além disso, quando fomos lá, tivemos a sorte de conhecer o ”gerente do lobby” do trabalho, um Maine Coon supergordinho e supercomportado, muito família e educado. O Dali é muito divertido, o hotel é muito bom para se hospedar e os gatos também são muito fofos. Eu adoro!
