First of all, I would like to thank the hotel for giving me a room upgrade for free. Overall, I am very satisfied with the room. The lady at the front desk always provides service with a smile, which makes people feel very comfortable. The service is also in place. She will take the initiative to greet guests and help them carry their luggage. The room we stayed in still had a very wide view (we were on the third floor of the hotel), and we could enjoy the scenery of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake very well. We also had an unobstructed view of the sunset in the evening. The great thing about it is that compared to other sea-view rooms with Erhai Lake, the balcony is not much. Mosquito's. The room is large, square in shape, with a grand layout, and the facilities are new and smart. The only downside is that the green plants in the room are not very elegant. The noodles for breakfast are delicious and the accompaniments are rich. There are fruit snacks for afternoon tea. There will be airport pick-up and drop-off services, and the hotel will contact guests in advance to make an appointment. In general, the hotel service is very considerate, proactive and enthusiastic. The rooms are also very good and cost-effective. My wife and I are very satisfied. We will choose this hotel again next time we go to Dali.

The Nineteenth Mountain was right in front of us. Taking the entire Cangshan and Erhai as the protagonist, the design of other facilities is neither to dominate the main role, but also to be comfortable enough to use, which is just right for our actual experience of staying in the hotel for two days. It’s a little tricky to find as the map location is often on the opposite side of the road. The sign is down a narrow alley, usually with a food stall in the way. It’s a nice room and it was a pleasant stay. But check-in was troublesome for foreigners. The computer and camera system failed to take adequate photos of my passport or me, and even the local PSB couldn’t really make it work. A minor inconvenience though. When I arrived the receptionist was asleep at a nearby table. I didn’t know it was him until I called the hotel number. When I checked out at 8:30 am there was nobody at reception at all. In the room itself there are no light switches by the bed and the main light doesn’t work. The kitchen area is tired and needs repairing/updating. The provided rose cakes were really nice. I enjoyed using the tea set to make Pu’er tea. The room was light and airy and the overall experience was good, if a little inconvenient at times.
