O melhor atendimento da rede Belmond que já fiquei. Os quartos são incríveis, impecáveis, grandes, bem decorados… Idem para o restaurante. O Hotel é em uma base histórica Inca no centro de Cusco e na melhor localização para se fazer tudo andando.

Peaceful and impeccable grounds and unsurpassed service
Unexpected luxury in middle of Cuzco. Walking distance to shopping. Superb dining at hotel and at sister hotel Monesterio right next door. Can’t go wrong! Stayed here before traveling out to Machu Picchu. Hotel is a relaxing vacation in and of itself.

I have stayed at 5 star hotels all over the world. This is not a new hotel but was probably over 200 years old. The hotel has been updated to modern standards in every aspect. Their attention to detail is the best I have ever seen. Ask for something, there is someone willing to get what you need

Incredible staff and our stay was perfect. The place was clean, safe and beautiful! We enjoyed every moment from the room, dining and spa. The staff was incredibly attentive to every need, Omar, Daniel, Edgar, Sheyla and the gentleman who checked us in and helped with our daily arrangements/trips. The entire staff was perfect!
