The environment is good, a bit old, the breakfast is average, the location is very good, it is very close to Apple, and it is very convenient to drive to eat and go to the supermarket to buy things. It is a good choice for business trips to Silicon Valley.

This is the best hotel to stay in the whole of South Bay Area including Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto and San Jose. I have been so impressed with the service of all the employees and specifically Madison as she not only helped me at the front desk but I saw that she was prompt to answer my questions and provide appropriate response through the Hilton Honors App too. The Hilton brand experience is also amazing at this place and all the amenities are to the point like Parking, Restaurant, Fitness Centre etc.

I stayed here for one night during the holidays. There is a shopping mall nearby, so eating is very convenient. The room was pretty good. There was a forest outside the window, which looked nice. My office is very close by so this is the preferred hotel when we come into the office. I've stayed at AC Brand hotels a few times and like them. This hotel was great. Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful! Great lobby bar with a very talented mixologist, was not expecting that in a hotel bar! Breakfast was included in my rate and was super healthy and very tasty. Choice of a healthy egg entree with a breakfast buffet filled with healthy options including yogurt, fruit, juices and whole grain breads. My room was super spacious with a king size bed and a large banquette type couch. A nice desk area with lots of light. My bathroom was a completely closed space, but a colleague had a completely open bathroom with frosted shower and toilet doors which I thought was strange and probably not the best if traveling with kids or with family. I was on the freeway side of the building and was not bothered by the noise of the road, but another colleague was, so if you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room on the other side of the building. Thanks for a great stay! Will be happy to come back.

Great hotel, it is small but very clean and new. The service is excellent as always. There is also a gym and pool. This hotel seems to host a lot of business travellers. The room I stayed in had a kitchen and a counter. They were also basic cooking tools. It was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also clean. The pillows were too soft for my liking but overall the room was clean and had blackout curtains. My only complaint is that breakfast ends at 9:30AM which is way too early for the non business guests, even if they extend it to 10AM would be a big difference. I've seen a lot of guests try to come in last minute before they close. Also, they do a great job with the breakfast menu, usually a rotation of scrambled eggs, tater tots, bacon/sausage patty. They even have an omelette station where you can customize. They sometimes also have rice and miso soup which is nice considering a lot of their guests are Asian. I was pleasantly surprised to see almond milk available among the many choices of beverage including apple and orange juice. Although they have great breakfast selection, one thing that was definitely missing was vegetables, even steamed veggies/salad or guacamole to go with the salas etc would have been a great addition so that it is more balanced and healthier. I'm saying this because I stayed here for quite a few days and felt a bit unhealthy eating the same menu everyday. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and would come back!

I stayed a total of 5 nights at this hotel, I've stayed before, but only a night or two at a time. This hotel has potential to be much better. I had some issues during my stay and almost left, but Paul (front desk) and Esperanza (cleaning attendant) definitely changed my mind about cutting my stay short. Paul was so amazing! No matter what issues I may have had, he was always friendly, accommodating, and never ever made me feel like a bother! Esperanza was such a delightful person. She came to clean my room and was so nice and helpful. I hadn't experienced service like this in a while. These two individuals truly are what customer service is and they are such an asset to this hotel. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the rooms, the shower barely gets lukewarm, decor is old and outdated, the restaurant isn't open for lunch or dinner and tv's could use a tech upgrade i.e., smart tv.

I have stayed one night twice in this location. First stay, the FOH was getting trained, focus was on checking me in the computer. Second visit, quick check in process, friendly staff, forgot to write my room number nor mention it to me, good thing I saw in app after parking. $18 on site parking either open next to hotel entrance, or in a gated covered lot. The room has a modern look with the vanity separating the bedroom and bathroom. The 1 king bed room has frosted walls/doors with no locks for the shower and toilet, not a fan of the frosted look because it does not look clean for me. The vanity had motion sensor lights on the bottom. The shower has both a shower head and has a rainfall shower system - pressure was both appropriate, strong for the shower head, moderate for the rainfall. Behind the vanity, facing the bed was a floor to almost the ceiling mirror - still don’t know how I feel about this haha. I do like the modern feel. The bed felt comfy. The room could be cleaner. There were some hair strands next to toilet and there were a couple under the duvet. There was a green stain on the water flush and a dried visible stain on the counter by the sink - we typically bring cleansing wipes to clean our room regardless but cleanliness definitely could be better. Great sized tv and desk available as a working space. Side note: it’s right next to 10 Butcher’s which is an upscale kbbq place pricey but yummy!👍
