Boa localização para quem quer fazer passeios de barco, serviços próximos e centro histórico próximo com animação e serviços. Apartamento de tamanho suficiente. Não tem máquina de lavar roupa e cobram 5€ por uma lavagem numa máquina comunitária. Cobram 1€ por dia pelo uso de toalha de piscina.

Upon arriving at Apartamentos Dunas Club from Canada we were shocked by the condition of our room. I chose this hotel based on the pictures and reviews on *******. Among several minor issues, we found in the room the main issues were: we couldn't get into the room because the lock didn't work, the room interiors were damaged to the degree that can cause harm, the bathtub was disgustingly dirty, the beds were torn and worn, the pillows were torn as well. I wish I could post the pictures I took on these. After complaining at the reception desk they didn't help us and told us to complain at *******. In the end, we had to search for another hotel to stay losing precious time from our vacation. This whole experience was very unpleasant and frustrating. It felt like a scam and I wasn't expecting this from *******.

The property was very clean, the staff were helpful, location was perfect, the only downside is our room overlooked the busiest road in town so was very noisy and the bin men emptying the bins every morning at 6 was disturbing, plus there is no air conditioning so needed the door open to let cool air in.
Saying that I woul stay here again just choose a different room overlooking the pool.

The hotel is in a good location, by the sea, old and new town few minutes walking distance for restuarants and bars. Reception is 24 hours and very helpful, as we had self-catering studio apartment, we had choice to eat-in or go out. Only draw back was we did not get sea facing balcony, was facing the street.

Perfectly located at the top end of Corralejo. Easy walk to all bars restaurants, harbour etc. Hotel itself was a bit 'tired' but clean and our room was perfect overlooking the pool. Some others may not have been so good if overlooking the road. The pool area I would say was too small with a lack of sun beds to accommodate all the guests, and we were there out of school holidays. Also the bar closed at 6pm which was not ideal (for us!) but when open was sufficient for drinks and snacks. Breakfast in adjoining bar/ restaurant was good.

Resort is a great place with good facilities and located near the marina and Old Town, but be prepared to be treated as second-class citizens when arranged through RCI. Disappointments include: earlier check-out, no basic "welcome pack", cleaning and fresh linen and towel surcharge, utilities surcharge.
