"So we have just returned back home after 7 days all inclusive stay here ! upon arrival check in was smooth enough, one issue was resolved there an then I was slightly frustrated at the time due to lack of sleep and early flight so I apologise to the reception if they took any offence. We was shown our room which we opted to upgrade was a good size ! Only Negative I have is the mattress was too hard and the pillows are well..... crap in all honesty but other than that room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. We did visit the gym daily from 8:30am an had everything we needed and again always clean. Food situation was a buffet on the evening or the choice to book the restaurant if u wish. The food in my opinion was probably the best all inclusive food we have had in years ! plenty of choice and dessert beautiful! My daughter is at the teenager stage so animation team wasn't for her! although me an my wife attended a few of the activities and enjoyed these ! Gino and George are a credit to this hotel! by far the nicest 2 people you'll meet at this hotel ! absolutely brillant with the kids and adults aswell ! Would recommend and if a deal came up on this hotel again I probably wouldn't hesitate to come back here."

"Recently returned from here after a weeks stay half board.. we had emailed the hotel about a pool view room if possible and close to reception as the complex goes a fair way back. We didn’t expect to get room as requested but it was honoured and we got our pool view room. The hotel is well situated 5 min walk to the Main Street and all Corralejo amenities. The room was great with good air con and good WiFi. Housekeeping changed sheets and towels and room expertly cleaned each day.. our room was spotless! The food was excellent probably the best we have ever had at a hotel and we are frequent visitors to Corralejo. We have done all inclusive, b+b half board and self catering now.. we would return to this hotel but probably do just b+b next time as sometimes had to queue for evening meal and shown to table then waiter service for drinks.. we are used to just getting our own.. breakfast was not like this and you could choose where you sat and self service for drinks etc. Pool area was very clean.. the staff are all excellent here and they and the reception staff could not do enough for you and were friendly and approachable so top marks here. We wanted to cancel our transfer back to the airport on leaving and this was done for us with no issues so top marks there! Pool is salt water but didn’t really bother us. Pool not open till 9am there were small queues waiting for the life guard to open the pool area and sun beds were filled quickly but it was 1st week of school holidays so was busy it may not be like that at less busy times.. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here."

"Em primeiro lugar, este hotel é bom.Os quartos são excelentes e a manutenção geral é boa EM todo o hotel. É um pouco fora do principal arrasto, MAS é UMA boa coisa.Nós fomos acomodados e melhorados para o pequeno-almoço. Falou com muitos sobre AI e encontraram o repetente e apenas falta um pouco de qualidade. Por dia 3...we estavam cansados do pequeno-almoço.Muitos gostavam de ....montes de pequeno-almoço frito em placas com Nutella ... você sabe o script. Uma coisa realmente chata é a desgraçada derby de corrida de sol às 10hm de manhã, o que provavelmente destruirá a nossa visão geral do hotel com famílias que passam pelas portas para se acomodar. Muitas famílias tomam 4 ou 5 camas de sol para os toddlers e crianças que passaram a maior parte do tempo na piscina.Muitas vezes, as camas de sol foram tomadas às 10h e nunca foram usadas até às 1hm ou depois. Nunca tomamos 2 para o tempo familiar. É triste, MAS se você Precisa jogar no circo às 10h.O serviço Na recepção é fab, Jose é o Melhor para mim. O Pessoal do restaurante Parece cansado e não interagir.A animação Precisa de investimento Como equipamento para jogos de pobreza. O tempo de noite não TEM um buzz, porque o bar é Mais Como um salão corporativa ...., MAS não é um Lugar com ações de Tacky .... Just não flui Na noite .... O Porto é mágico e TEM UMA Grande vibração Na noite. Então, vá para a Linha de sol EM temporada alta. Obrigado."

"O hotel tem todo o potencial para ser um bom hotel, no entanto há serviços que precisa de melhorar, nomeadamente a área das piscinas, a limpeza é pouca ou nenhuma, se deixar alguma loiça ou copos nas mesas, no dia seguinte estão no mesmo sitio, a agua de algumas piscinas estava suja, permitem todo o tipo de boias, colchões e bolas dentro da agua, permitem a reserva das espreguiçadeiras mesmo de um dia para o outro, tive de alertar o nadados salvador que havia 2 espreguiçadeiras que estavam a 4 dias sem que ninguém lá se deitasse e mesmo assim este ficou reticente em tirar as tolhas, os restaurantes também precisam de melhorar visto repetirem muito a comida dos pratos principais, os sumos e os refrigerantes são de baixa qualidade, em relação a alguns cocktali's a mesma baixa qualidade, visto os mesmos já se encontram feitos e são tirados de uma maquina. No que ao serviço de TI diz respeito a meio de manha ou mesmo o lanche é muito básico, apenas algumas sandes partidas a meio feitas em pão de forma e miniaturas doces folhadas. O quarto era bom e grande no entanto os colchões eram de péssima qualidade todos deformados. Não voltaria alojar-me neste hotel."
