The hotel is around 30mins from the airport.
Room was nice and tidy - premium junior suite
Nice infinity pool on the roof.
Food was amazing, there was something different everyday.
I highly recommend and will stay again.

O melhor sao sem duvida os funcionarios,de uma simpatia e sempre prontos a ajudar, como nunca vi em mais lado nenhum. Muitos parabens a todos!!! Desde a recepçao , restaurantes , bares e camareiras. De resto , quarto confortavel , embora tenhamos ficado na zona primium que me pareceu nova ,comparativamente ao resto. O piscina do rooftop e uma mais valia, pois consegue ser tranquila e ajudou ao descanso que procuravamos. Comida fresca , empregados incansaveis ,mas muito pouca variedade , ao 2 dia ja nem almoçamos... nao recomendo o tudo incluido, as bebidas do pior que alguma vez tive...e uma pena... nao voltaria por esse motivo... do vinho a qualquer outra bebida, incluindo o cafe ,pessimo, mas pessimo mesmo....

Hotel com todas as comodidades necessárias. Excelente pequeno almoço e buffer de jantar. A localização é muito boa, perto das praias e perto do centro. A área das piscinas é suficientemente grande. A piscina do infinito é muito agradável. O ginásio é pequeno, mas suficiente. O SPA é boa, mas pequeno.

Great 6 night stay in a junior suite with balcony all inclusive big clean comfortable room with fridge and safe All Staff are hard working friendly and helpful Food and drinks were great in both restaurants Animacion caesar and milen are friendly and entertaining we enjoyed the Spanish elvis show, the 3 cats and magic show We would definitely love to visit again

Wow wow wow, what can I say! Absolutely amazing stay with my parents! This hotel is brilliant for all ages and I would highly recommend to anyone, the food and drink selection that they have to offer is absolutely brilliant. The entertainment through my weeks stay was world class. Special mention to César for being an absolute hero! Never failed to make me and my parents laugh with all of the fun activities that they put on! Thank you!

booked playa park zensation as a 65th birthday surprise for my husband well just wow wow wow we had a fabulous time food amazing animation team brilliant what great fun . what a laugh my hubby had with them winning lots of lovely prizes from a spa for 2 thanks milen also dinner at the gourmet resturant staff all amazing very friendly nice to meet some lovely people room we had was great too have already booked for next year thankyou all for making a memorable one

Super winter break! Loved our new year holiday here. The food was great, staff friendly and good evening entertainment. RJ was fab at Pilates. We really enjoyed the infinity pool. The staff were always cleaning and keeping the place spotless. Our only tiny issue was the check in, the new tourist rules had just arrived so our hotel check was done through the television…a bit awkward to do as they were having teething issues. Staff were able to sort though and this wasn’t their fault. The public park and shopping square nearby are really handy.

One of the best hotels we have been to. This hotel surpassed all of my expectations. The receptionist went out their way to make our holiday even better. We were only half board but they gave us access to the rooftop infinity pool for our whole stay as a gesture of good will. They also gave us two free nights at the a la carte restaurant free of charge. We booked a superior junior room which opened up to the hydrotherapy pool which basically meant we had our own quiet pool right at our front door. The food at the buffet was ok but the a la carte restaurant was amazing. We arrived back home yesterday and already looking to book playa park for next year. My only complaint is the pool was very cold but it is November so it is to be expected and we also had a couple of cockroaches that made their way into our room but this isn’t a sign of uncleanliness (the hotel was spotless) they are just common in Spain and it’s like finding a spider back home in the UK. We bought cockroach spray for €5 at the supermarket around the corner and the bugs never bothered us again. The drinks were cheap and the entertainment in the evening was decent. Don’t think I can really fault this hotel and we can’t wait to come back.

Great hotel though it’s a bit of a walk down to harbour. If you like walking, it’s a good 30 minute walk. Hotel is lovely. Staff very friendly & helpful. Went half board. Food good & great choice. Pool area very clean. Entertainment at night was very good. Would recommend
