Hotel muy abandonado Tan abandonado que teniendo el hotel supuestamente a full no había ni siquiera un supervisor No había un supervisor de front desk Ni de nada Supuestamente uno de ellos se llamaba pedro Pero nos dijieron que como era finde largo Nosotros llegamos un viernes , ni siquiera el viernes estaba, nos quedamos hasta un miércoles Nunca apareció ni contesto los llamados Detalles El hotel fue eliminado de la cadena sheraton hace muchos años por NO cumplir con los requisitos de SHERATON Al hosped**** una sola noche , ya comprendes porque Tiene olor a humedad en todo el hotel El gimnasio es antiguo Pequeño Y con mucho olor a humedad Los aires acondicionados no funcionan en el gimnasio Para niños NO hay nada La piscina no es climatizada No es techada Cierra la piscina a as 20 horas No hay nada al exterior en el hotel Excepto la piscina que cuando llueve no hay nada techado Desayuno muy pobre Si queres omelette te lo cobran a parte Hasta el desayuno tiene olor a humedad Todo es viejo Encontramos en nuestra estadía una araña gigante en la habitación, la empleada justo estaba limpiando el cuarto así que la aspiro Estacionamiento NO incluido Además no hay sector para los huéspedes del hotel y como esta frente a un shopping si es día de lluvia se llena todo y no hay lugar Super alejado del centro Muy alejado del centro , unas 15 cuadras ( 1.5 km ) Solo tratan bien a los extranjeros Que se nota mal la diferencia A los argentinos no les interesa tratar En los 4 días que estuvimos nunca logramos que un manager o un gerente se comunique ni siquiera por teléfono con nosotros No volvería No lo recomendaría

Only a couple of blocks from Cordoba's main square, the Azur Real hotel is in the middle of everything worth seeing downtown. Our room was spacious and very well appointed, and had a huge bathtub with water jets that felt great after a long day sightseeing. Room wi-fi was good and parking for our rental car was easily arranged by the hotel at a private parking garage next door. The small rooftop pool and gym were nothing to write home about and we did not use them. The complimentary breakfast was not as varied as expected, but the food was good and plentiful and the coffee machine served delicious coffee. A complimentary evening wine tasting reception with charcuterie was very pleasant, as well. ”Mate” tea lovers will find a nice selection of ”yerbas” to enjoy. We were lucky to have the hotel chef give us a lesson on how to make the perfect ”mate” - muchas gracias!

Deseptive website, broken toilet, flickering lights, thoughtless management. I booked 5 nights at the Windsor through the hotel's website. When we arrived at the hotel ( after 29 hours of traveling) our reservation details were incorrect. Lucky I had an email confirmation to verify that we had 3 people and where staying 5 nights. They set up a third bed in the room but it seemed like they were doing us a favor instead of correcting their mistake. The next day, our toilet handle broke ( two days to fix) and we had a randomly flickering light in the ceiling near the door the entire time. We booked a ”Superior” room from their website and it definitely was not! The wording and photos on the hotel's website describing our room were deceptive. When I asked the front desk (and eventually the manager) if they could comp a night and/or our first dinner, it was a clear and definte ”no”. I asked for late checkout on our departure date and they wouldn't even comp that! My wife,and daughter both booked a massage at the hotel spa and it was the worst massage of their lifes. On the positive side, the restaurant was fantastic. The gym was nice. The bell staff and maids were friendly and the rooms were clean.

The hotel is outdated, needs refurbishing, the personel is really nice and helpful, They look after your needs and they seem to be happy to help. The location is excellent, really close to some of the best atractions in Cordoba City, I'd definitely will stay there in my next visit

When Ctrip placed the order, Ctrip had already paid the entire check-in fee, but when I arrived at the hotel front desk, I asked for a credit card guarantee. But they have to copy all the credit card information, including the three-digit number on the back. I flatly refused. Argentina is a country with a high incidence of credit card fraud. Such information cannot be provided. Then the hotel requires a cash payment of 100 USD as a security deposit. They gave money, but they didn't give any receipts. The operation of the hotel is completely irregular.

I stayed here 3 nights during a recent visit to Córdoba, the check in was quick and the staff were very friendly, the rooms were comfortable the bed afforded a good nights sleep, there were a lot of options for breakfast and the hotel is clean and tidy. Being situated on a main road in the centre of the city i had no disturbance with traffic noise whatsoever, i enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was inaugurated in 2018. Modern and comfortable hotel. Comfortable rooms. Good reception and restaurant attention. In the restaurant you can lunch by executive menu. Good dishes. This is located just a square of the Jesuit apple, two of the cathedral and the cavild. We also visit the Capucino church and take something on the retirement walk, with light games to the night. Eye with cellphones. We went on a trip to the Native Travels to the Jesuit stays and lunch at La Tiburcio in Col Caroya. Recommended has a grill. Recommended the excursion. We visit our account Alta Gracia a half day the stagnation to jesuitica closes 12.30 and flys open at 17:00 We have lunch in Pepenero. The hotel is a very good hotel, and the hotel is very good. We had more expectations long journey, Cosquin has nothing to see at least for us. It is suggested to go on train and return on bus. It doesn't give for more than a half day. Muchas cosas por nombrar. El estado general del hotel: mucha falta de mantenimiento (ví fotos de hace un año atrás para comparar, y está igual); en muchas habitaciones han pintado los pisos, se están desgastando y se pegan a las zapatillas; tema baños: el que está ubicado en el comedor es lamentable su estado, el de la habitación que nos tocó estaba un poquito mejor, pero con humedad, la puerta que no cerraba bien, un lluvia con buena agua caliente; el colchón era incómodo y muy fino, sin contar que el cubrecama parecía un mantel; no tiene buena ventilación cruzada en las habitaciones, por lo que hay olor a humedad; los toallones estaba todos resecos de los viejos que son; los muebles no están en buen estado, todos flojos y/o destartalados. Las chicas de la recepción atienden bien, lo que agregaría es que atiendan al teléfono. Por ahí suelen estar en el comedor y he visto que inquilinos han tenido que esperar para que les habrán las puertas. La limpieza de la habitación estuvo bien. Lo que destaco del servicio, es el desayuno. A pesar de las otras cuestiones que posee el hotel, el desayuno es variado al precio que uno paga. Pero en síntesis, el hotel es horrible. Si arreglaran las cosas, podrían subir más el precio, aumentando la calidad y mejores comodidades y servicios. Llegué aquí porque no encontré lugar en otros lados.

The small rooftop pool and gym were nothing to write home about and we did not use them. The complimentary breakfast was not as varied as expected, but the food was good and plentiful and the coffee machine served delicious coffee. A complimentary evening wine tasting reception with charcuterie was very pleasant, as well. ”Mate” tea lovers will find a nice selection of ”yerbas” to enjoy. We were lucky to have the hotel chef give us a lesson on how to make the perfect ”mate” - muchas gracias!

We visit our account Alta Gracia a half day the stagnation to jesuitica closes 12.30 and flys open at 17:00 We have lunch in Pepenero. The hotel is a very good hotel, and the hotel is very good. Deseptive website, broken toilet, flickering lights, thoughtless management. I booked 5 nights at the Windsor through the hotel's website. When we arrived at the hotel ( after 29 hours of traveling) our reservation details were incorrect. Lucky I had an email confirmation to verify that we had 3 people and where staying 5 nights. They set up a third bed in the room but it seemed like they were doing us a favor instead of correcting their mistake. The next day, our toilet handle broke ( two days to fix) and we had a randomly flickering light in the ceiling near the door the entire time. We booked a ”Superior” room from their website and it definitely was not! The wording and photos on the hotel's website describing our room were deceptive. When I asked the front desk (and eventually the manager) if they could comp a night and/or our first dinner, it was a clear and definte ”no”. I asked for late checkout on our departure date and they wouldn't even comp that! My wife,and daughter both booked a massage at the hotel spa and it was the worst massage of their lifes. On the positive side, the restaurant was fantastic. The gym was nice. The bell staff and maids were friendly and the rooms were clean.

Muchas cosas por nombrar. El estado general del hotel: mucha falta de mantenimiento (ví fotos de hace un año atrás para comparar, y está igual); en muchas habitaciones han pintado los pisos, se están desgastando y se pegan a las zapatillas; tema baños: el que está ubicado en el comedor es lamentable su estado, el de la habitación que nos tocó estaba un poquito mejor, pero con humedad, la puerta que no cerraba bien, un lluvia con buena agua caliente; el colchón era incómodo y muy fino, sin contar que el cubrecama parecía un mantel; no tiene buena ventilación cruzada en las habitaciones, por lo que hay olor a humedad; los toallones estaba todos resecos de los viejos que son; los muebles no están en buen estado, todos flojos y/o destartalados. Las chicas de la recepción atienden bien, lo que agregaría es que atiendan al teléfono. Por ahí suelen estar en el comedor y he visto que inquilinos han tenido que esperar para que les habrán las puertas. La limpieza de la habitación estuvo bien. Lo que destaco del servicio, es el desayuno. A pesar de las otras cuestiones que posee el hotel, el desayuno es variado al precio que uno paga. Pero en síntesis, el hotel es horrible. Si arreglaran las cosas, podrían subir más el precio, aumentando la calidad y mejores comodidades y servicios. Llegué aquí porque no encontré lugar en otros lados.

I stayed here 3 nights during a recent visit to Córdoba, the check in was quick and the staff were very friendly, the rooms were comfortable the bed afforded a good nights sleep, there were a lot of options for breakfast and the hotel is clean and tidy. Being situated on a main road in the centre of the city i had no disturbance with traffic noise whatsoever, i enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.
