"We had difficulty finding the hotel at first. Street signs are not prevalent in San Juan. Once we contacted the front desk they were very helpful. The suite was comfortable and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub suitably hot. It was not crowded at night. The onsite restaurant was very good. The staff were very helpful with getting taxis. The only negative was some early morning noise from the construction site next door."

"Great location. A number of restaurants around. The beach is across the street, valet parking $30 per day. Full breakfast with a variety of scrambled eggs and beacons. Free coffee and complementary biscuits throughout the day at the lobby as well as refreshing ice cold lemon (fruit) water. I really recommend it for a beach vacation. There is a Walgreens around the corner for a cheaper than in bar liquors"

"En general el hotel está bien, quizás le falta ascensor y no dificultar el acceso al wifi (hay que pasar 3 instancias de acceso cada vez que salís del hotel. Se vuelve largo y engorroso). El resto está muy bien. Buen aire acondicionado"

"We were a little reticent about our choice having read some of the TripAdvisor reviews however we were exceptionally pleasantly surprised. Not only was our check-in available when we arrived at the hotel ahead of time but the room was well appointed, clean and really comfortable. The pool area as well kept and well attended, same with the adjacent Private beach area as well. There were free to use loungers and umbrellas down on the beach area which is a really lovely sheltered Cove and perfect for swimming and snorkelling.  There are some areas of the exterior of the property which could benefit from some attention but this is on the exterior of the building itself and in no way impacts on the fab stay experience. Fantastic value and a great experience. 100pc recommend and we would love to return with our kids."
