衞生很差，一股黴味，特別是衞生間，到處都是污漬。酒店一開始還多收了錢，通過攜程幫助才拿回。除了海景可以説是沒有別的優點了。

服務態度不咋滴

The staff especially Leticia were so helpful from before I even arrived and then assisted me with adding additional nights to my stay when there was a flight disruption.

The Condado Ocean Club was an amazing place to stay! It was very clean, safe & the staff were hospitable. The pool deck & beach were an amazing atmospheric experience! The Social (attached restaurant) had delicious food & spirit options. Overall, excellent! We will definitely stay here again!

We initially picked this property for its location during the busy Christmas holiday week, as it was close to our family. After reading all the reviews I was a bit concerned about partying, noise, guests all being in their 20’s, rude staff and bogus room charges. These are my takeaways after staying there. The location was wonderful. Other than a couple of weekend front desk people, the staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The restaurant was fabulous. We ate there for breakfast lunch and brunch and the food was delicious. The wait staff was awesome. The property was immaculate everywhere. There was a nice mixture of guests in all age categories. During the week it was very quiet at night but there are plenty of walkable places in the local area to find nightlife. The pool is on the smaller side but no one seemed to be bothered by that. There were plenty of towels but a shortage of lounge chairs. This was quickly remedied by staff by pulling some chairs up from the beach. The pool bar was well stocked and staffed by friendly bartenders. I was not happy that when I went to check out there was no paperwork for me and I was told it would be emailed to me. I had to email the hotel a couple of days after leaving to ask for my bill. It showed a minibar charge for a $50 bottle of alcohol which was not ours. I am happy to report that someone from the hotel called us and refunded the charge. So overall I would say that this is a nice place to stay in Condado.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Many nice restaurants within walking distance. Will recommend Condado Ocean Club to neighbors and friends.

Best pillows and bedding I slept in a long time at a hotel. Bed was very soft! Everything was gorgeous. Fresh and clean. Loved the windows in the room looking over the ocean

We will definitely be back next year. It was a great experience. Very clean rooms and facilities. The staff was helpful and polite. Their food was great here as well. We really had a great time.
