Casa Wilson Inn

I loved the location of the hotel- very close to condado beach but in a more residential block so quieter and more local vibe. Walking distance to the main ***** and beach. The breakfast was great and the ladies who worked there were very sweet. On the other hand the front desk folks seemed totally uninterested in being there and were not very friendly. For a boutique hotel this was surprising. The room was fine for a few days and just sleeping and getting ready. We stayed on the first floor and the room was a bit claustrophobic bc the window was glazed since it bordered the breakfast area. All in all okay for the purpose and the price but could use some hospitality training at the front desk.

Very nice stay. Centrally located to what we were interested in. Room is not large and does not lend itself to making it easy to get in and out of suitcases. I believe a better configuration in layout would help.

It was exactly what we needed for a one night stay. The breakfast was great and good hospitality.

Great place to stay. You are in your own for parking. We unloaded our car of valuables and parked in the street that is on the next block. Joa made us a great fresh breakfast.

I specifically picked this property for its charm, area and a front desk that's open during the day and evening. We arrived at 12 p.m. and wanted to drop our luggage off because check-in wasn't until 1 p.m. Nobody answered the bell at the locked gate or answered the phone. We returned around 1:15 and were let in. I suspect the two young people checking us in were there the whole time. They never asked for an ID, handed us our key and said it was down the hall to the left. We asked if they would call a taxi for us for the following morning because we needed to leave by 6 a.m. The young gentleman said he couldn't do that and maybe the person at the desk tomorrow would. Not helpful at all. We dropped off our luggage and left for the day and returned early evening. Our room was incredibly small and nothing like the picture on the website. There were 8 inches from the bed to the wall and on the other side the small nightstand was 4 inches in front of the bathroom entrance. We had an interior room and the window was frosted glass and had a flimsy latch. Had I not been with my husband I never would have stayed there due to security issues. We were right next to an ice machine and pool which were noisy at times. To top it off, when we turned the lights off to go to sleep, the drapes were not room darkening and the hall/corridor lights were bright and on all night. This room was certainly misrepresented and not worth the price point ($280 with tax).

Great little place in San Juan. Secure building walking distance to food, beach and shopping. Met several people that had stayed there before. Breakfast was included and staff was wonderful. Uber was always available to go to airport, town and cruise terminals. Would stay again.

When showing up the hotel there is a gate with a door bell or to call a phone number. I called the phone number 3 times with no response. When I get inside the receptionist is sitting right next to the phone. After checking in the walk through the hotel was beautiful. When we got to our room it seemed great at first. We proceeded to turn on the lights and ac. For some reason multiple lights and the refrigerator were all unplugged which led to finding someone’s hair clip receipts and other items behind the night stand not found when the room was cleaned. After a long night in San Juan. We jumped in bed only to be woken up a couple hours later by a cold soaking wet bed from the AC steadily dripping down. When telling the front desk about this, their response was “sorry about your inconvenience”.

I liked the area and how I was close to everything walking distance and driving as well

The room was small but well decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. The employees were helpful and very nice.
