Unhelpful and unfriendly owners. Many problems that meant after the first day we had to book elsewhere and not a penny refunded. Book elsewhere, avoid disappointment! Where problems occur, a decent hotel will put things right, not ignore or playdown issues..that's the sign of a bad place to stay. Such a shame this was an expensive waste of money! Don't let this be you.

We had an amazing stay at this cute boutique hotel! Our room had panoramic views of the lake. It was clean and the communal kitchen had everything that we needed. We especially enjoyed the rooftop views and the hot tub! Our host Alberto was also very kind, hospitable, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Scam alert! The owner is just out to fleece travelers with this dirty, loud, and just plain bad "hotel". Room selected: corner room with lake view and wrap-around windows Length of stay: 2 nights Price per night: $300 Only pro: lake view Overall Cons: - dilapidated building with dirty walls, crusty and stained elevator. This is not in itself a problem, but it is something to consider - paint is chipping and walls are stained everywhere -- the reception area, the hallway, and the room itself. Old buildings don't have to be shabby nor does shabbiness impart character - we got in "late" at 5:30 PM and the receptionist had already left. The person coordinating the self check-in with us was very hands-off. They just send basic info to get into the building and room....but - they did not leave us the WiFi information Room Cons: - LOUD. You are basically outside. There are bus stops nearby, a cafe below, construction, and people out and about at all hours. You will get ZERO sleep - dirty everything. Caked on grime and dust, soap scum, and just generally gross - the bathroom area smelled intensely of urine and there was a faint cat urine smell throughout the building - while the room had shutters to block out the external lights (but not any noise), the in-room lights were few and dim. At the same time, they were right in your face by the bed with uncovered bulbs, so they blinded you - the shower had a rod for a curtain, but no curtain and the water would definitely splash all over the floor - the room was so dirty, I couldn't trust the tub to be clean enough for a bath - again....LOUD We wasted no time in booking another hotel (for $200 less I might add) and eating the $600 cost because sleep is precious. This guy made out like the bandit he is and somehow this scam "hotel" has a 4.7 on Google and like an 8 on ***********? Please. The owner or someone else also leaves nasty responses to anyone who leaves negative reviews. They don't seem very passionate about running a good business though. AVOID THIS PLACE.

The location was perfect, right on the waterfront and only a few steps to restaurants and bars in one of the main squares. Our room had a very small balcony which was nice to sit on with a bit of a view of the lake. There is a lovely big terrace on the top floor with amazing view over the lake, large table and chairs, deck chairs and a hot tub. There is a large kitchen you can use on the same floor with a huge table in it. Easy checkin and great we could leave our bags on the last day. But.... The room and balcony was small and bathroom was tiny with a very small toilet. Skirting board was hanging off and shower sealant was mouldy and needed replaced. Coffee machine was messy filter type so didnt use, was expecting an easy to operate Nespresso type machine. Was a bit noisy at night as there is a cafe directly underneath which is open till 1am and a main road. Room was bit overpriced for the quality of it and needs some tlc. Overall we enjoyed our stay...

Très bien situé malheureusement pas de parking la chambre était sale parterre la dame m’as dit que ça ne partait pas alors que j’ai enlevé avec un Cotton . Sûr la vitre une grosse crottes de nez avec du sang pas de doubles vitrages très bruyant bar en Dessous. Et route en dessous beaucoup de passage de voiture Le dessus de lit avec des taches de sang ou de chocolat bref c’était sale. Pas d accueil . c’est présenté en tant qu’hôtel mais ça n’en est pas un c’est dans un immeuble. Aucune explications pour restaurant ou à visiter. La photo prise sur le site est faite de façon à croire que l ont est sur le lac mais c’est pas sur le lac.

Ottima struttura posta al secondo piano davanti al lago, in pieno centro e vicino alla zona dei ristoranti In camera Wi-Fi e Disney plus, NETFLIX ecc Le camere, gli spazi comuni, la cucina e la terrazza sono curate nei minimi particolari Siamo stati molto bene
