"Nice and considerate staff, kudos to the lady at the front desk who is named Nives. The service is always available, the location is conveniently located. Despite the fact that i had some misgivings regarding the smell of the room (it is okay, but heavily scented somewhat with cleaning products; a pleasant smell of course i can live with but prefer to not have smelled at all), the view here is amazing. Would recommend again for someone who is trying to stay at lake como, a value choice."

"A beautiful practical hotel that met our needs. The breakfast was filling and wholesome, kept us full all day! (It might have been nice to change up a little e.g having boiled eggs/ omelette instead of simple scrambled eggs, especially for those of us with a halal diet and therefore some limited options) everything was perfect in terms of room size, daily housekeeping, lovely toilet and shower. It would be nice to have an iron in the room, although perhaps if I had requested it, there might have been one I could use. Also would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room for a late night hot drink. But these are small suggestions for improvement, otherwise we had a wonderful, comfortable stay in the perfect location. I would return to this b&b as well as their other branches due to the exceptional care and hospitality!"

"Love this hotel, location, service and friendliness. The location is near the train station and the lake. We arrived earlier than hotel check in time, but since the room has ready, they allow us to check in earlier. Very appreciate especially since we've just travelled from Milan. We're renting a bike, and they allow us to put the bike inside the garage. We had a situation having wet pantsuit, since they don't have a laundry service they borrowed us an ironing and it helps.. Will stay again if we're going back to Colico"

"Great location, wonderful building, solid breakfast and very very professional and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to be able to satisfy the requests we had prior to check in by responding quickly to emails . I can’t recommend this place enough. Also they have their own parking which makes checking in and out much simpler than in most other places. Will definitely visit again. Thank you!"
