My daughter n I love this hotel its like a little aptwent its very nice!!!! I just had a bad experience with the host he charged my card 2x n made me have no money for gas which we had 25 miles till e n we were going to get food ect..... they did nothing but return my money to me n I still haven't got it he sd later 11pm I would have it i went n sd something n he sd oh i was wrong it will be a couple days well its almost a week now n nothing n the 20 bucks they take for their food on the wall if ya dont use it you'll get it bk in a few days maybe 5 business days if u use ur debit card i went there 3x n still waiting!!!! N on topthe oft it the guy I spoke to a higher up told me I didn't pay the 20 really!!!!!????? The host added it on my bill just cuysyez it us showing another 20 on my phone????? I know what I pd apparently if ya dont pay the 20 the system won't let u book a room!!!!! So im waiting on 60 bucks!!! Plus the 2x they charged me other than that its very nice beautiful place n very clean im just irritated they didn't accommodate me for their screw up!!!!

Stayed here in Jan. Didnt manage to get the name of the lady who checked us in at 3am in the morning but she was very nice and accomodating. Made a whole lot of difference to us after enduring a 15 hr flight and then having to drive 2 hrs from JFK. Thank you, to whomever you might be.

I have stayed at this hotel off and on since February of 2022 when I started my chemotherapy treatments at Memorial Sloan Kettering cancer center in Basking Ridge. I was diagnosed with a rare form of non Hodgkin’s lymphoma called Mantle Cell Lymphoma in May of 2021. I am extremely grateful for this hotel for accommodating me while up in the area for treatments, and scans. As I’m getting better, my visits are less frequent, but I stayed here last month again, and wanted to thank the staff for their kindness especially Maya Dawkins and Jossehlyn. Thank you all very much. I look forward to my next stay, as that means I will hear more good news about my recovery. If you wish to follow my journey back to good health

First of all, I haven't even checked in. We have an upcoming booking. And we had all sorts of questions and requests. Had 2 different rooms. Even before I could request for rooms to be adjacent, Nelda understood the need. And offered that she will have rooms adjacent to each other so that its easier for the family. Next, she answered all other questions with patience. I am looking forward to this trip, more than anything else, to meet customer service experts like her who are dedicated, passionate, friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure the visitors are comfortable and have a good experience. You are doing a great job Nelda.

We chose a king size room and it was very large and comfortable. The ceilings are just 7 ft tall, so a very tall person would not do well here. Had a gas fireplace that we decided not to use because we were aware that we could smell it. Limited parking spaces are available at the hotel, or they use an overflow lot about two blocks away. The room was quiet- didn't hear much other guest noise, but we did hear the street. The dining room was not open for breakfast so we walked up the street for a perfect diner breakfast at Sneddon's Luncheonette.
