Staying for the second time, I feel okay

Hotel was very clean and nice the staff was friendly and the hotel had excellent breakfast all was hot and ready with great option. I would recommend this hotel to everybody and I will for sure book again

Night manager rude and has an attitude because he was disturbed at 3 am. Customer service not a highlight and it starts with hotel GM. Still waiting for a call from them. I am willing to bet they respond to this quicker then the respond to customer complaints. Below is my email to Hilton. I am writing about my experience with your Home2 Suites Memphis Wolfchase Galleria. On Sunday June 18 I made a reservation for my daughter and her husband, a former Marine now becoming a firefighter, at this hotel res #85967237. I booked and paid for the room with my credit card since it was the day of and I could not cancel without a penalty. I assumed my card was a valid form of payment. I sent the email confirmation to my daughter who called the hotel and explained the situation and also informed them they would be in very late, the woman informed them that all they needed to do was show her ID and everything was good.. They were traveling from central Texas on their way to West Virginia so after being on the road for over 8 hours they pulled into the hotel. Once there they tried to gain entrance but could not. Not seeing anyone at the front desk , they proceeded to walk around the building looking for any way to contact the hotel desk. They finally got in when another guest was leaving the hotel and let them in. Once in they proceeded to the desk, which was still unoccupied, and then called out to try and get someone’s attention. A clerk finally arrived and according to my daughter immediately had an attitude like they disturbed him. He informed them that he could not accept my card as payment. My daughter then proceeded to call me, it was 4 AM my time mind you. I talked to the clerk and he said that my card could not be used and if I wanted to pay I could do an inter bank transfer of money. I have done this in the past with other daughters and Hilton and had no problems. I then asked my daughter what the name of the clerk was, he was not wearing a badge and when she asked he refused to give her his name. I don’t know how you train employees but this is totally unacceptable conduct and quite frankly a safety issue as how is one to know if the clerk actually works there or not. Lawsuit waiting to happen. My daughter finally paid with her card and went to the room. She proceeded to tell me the room was dirty and had paper thin flimsy pillows. In the morning I called the hotel to talk to the manager but they were not in and I left a message, still waiting on a call back. I then proceeded to call Hilton customer service, what a mistake that was. I was first connected for 11 minutes then disconnected. I called again to explain the situation and was transferred to guest assistance. Unfortunately the woman from guest assistance did not speak english very well and was difficult to understand. She tried to explain about the hotel policy of booking and the card I used could not pay for the reservation but could be used to pay a penalty if I had canceled, dumb logi

Location was fantastic - close to River park access and street car line. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was good for tall people and had adequate pressure to rinse shampoo from hair. Best thing about this hotel was the staff. So friendly, so helpful.

Within walking distance of Target, some shops and restaurants.

The check in process was fast, the front desk staff was good and professional. Easy parking, in quiet neighborhood, inviting lobby, clean hallways. Great hot shower temperature, clean beds. Had following issues: 1. WiFi did not work and the hotel insisted we called the toll free number provided by them ourselves to solve it, which I believe it's the hotel's responsibility to provide easy access WiFi and resolve technical issues on their end. 2. General Manager, Leslie Mitchell, would use more active listening and empathy, rather than came across as defensive, unresponsive, careless about the customers. 3. No hairdryer, nor extra roll of toilet paper, nor complimentary bottled water upon arrival of the room. 4. Shower head had water pouring toward the further wall across, would be better if properly position to have water flowing right in the middle of the bathtub/shower room or towards the interior wall away from the shower curtain/outside. 5. obvious carpet stains, and door stain as well as fell-off paints. Sheraton is known to be a reputable hotel chain, and haven't stayed with Sheraton for a long time, not a good experience, especially with bad attitude and poor customer care from the general manager in this location.

The location is very good, the surrounding environment is good, quiet, the top floor observation deck is very good, you can look at the Mississippi River, you can see the bridge marked 'M'. The restaurant on the top floor is also good, you can go and taste it. There are no convenience stores and shopping malls around. It is more convenient to have a car or rent a car. This is the case in the general cities of the United States. It is very inconvenient to have no car. There are some snacks (popcorns and the like) in the hotel room that can be enjoyed free of charge. The hotel room is ok, but we live in a suite with an outdoor deck that can go out and enjoy the exterior. The terrace is large and connected to the next room. There is no problem with security. All the platforms need to be swiped before they can enter. There are leisure sofas on the platform, but there are more dust on the sofa and coffee table and the ground, as well as spider webs. The hotel is located in a large outdoor goods store. The interior decoration is very special. Some real animal specimens, birds, deer, etc. can be seen everywhere. There are also some introductions to the origin of the hotel, which is very story-like. I like to enjoy life in the American country. There is also a battlefield in the mall. There are guns and ammunition on the second floor. On the first floor, there are various mountain bikes, there are various fishing gears and swimwear, and a The harbor pier has a lot of local fish in it. There is also a city called Memphis in Egypt. The shape of this hotel is designed as a pyramid. From the second floor, it is designed as a hotel room along the inner circle of the pyramid. The middle part and the first floor of the pyramid are shopping malls, restaurants, bowling alleys and shooting clubs. The top floor is the observation deck and the steakhouse. The hotel is relatively new, the room is relatively large, that is, the windows of some rooms are facing the indoor shopping malls, the shopping malls are exquisitely arranged, and the view from the room is also a scene. In short, to travel to Memphis, this is a place worth living.

Excellent experience, from the time we arrived to the time we departed. Enjoyed the knowledge and event advice from, the two lady attendants on Friday and Saturday morning, during breakfast. Enjoyed my stay and looking forward to my next visit.
