The water wasn't in a great place due to the weather but the room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay, breakfast, and cable.

This property is average at best. I’ve stayed at better Hyatts and this wasn’t like a lot of the others. Maybe it’s a work in progress but the beds were squeaky. The tiles in the bathroom were laying on the floor. The room was spacious and only reason I stayed at this property was because it’s a Tesla charging station less than a mile away.

The hotel did not smell great (smoke?), and the hallways were worn down. The room was okay, but the bed sounded like it was going to fall apart. The sofa didn't seem very clean either. My wife would have gone somewhere else.

Hotel looks nice and lobby presents well. You must pay to park. Check-in easy. Room was spacious and clean but mattresses were uncomfortable. Our pull-out sofa-bed was Terrible and partially broken. No daily housekeeping unless requested Breakfast was generally terrible. Hot food was not hot. Quality wasn’t good. Staff didn’t keep things stocked: out of coffee on two mornings and other items like waffle batter. Main level bathroom was out of soap for at least two consecutive mornings. Fitness center had water cooler but no water. Decent place for a one-night stay but probably wouldn’t stay here again for 3 nights.

I really enjoyed the hotel it was so clean. The staff especially Shun I think thats his name he works at front desk was so kind and friendly I really enjoyed talking to him. What I didn’t like is that I reported my shower drain was stopped up and my kitchen drain was stopped up on day one. It’s a shame I couldn’t take a shower for 4 days. And I was told I would receive a refund but I have not received it as of yet. 😢

My family and I waited 20 minutes for the front desk person to check us in as we drove 8 hours to get here. Very disappointed as the employee did not even apologize for the wait.

Property is not maintained. Outside windows are dirty. Carpet is dirty as well. The rest of the indoors was clean, but overall lighting and paint made it look old and dirty. It had dull lighting everywhere.

I liked the the bar and food available until late.
This hotel is getting on in years and could use a refresh, other than that it was a fine place to stay.
Not happy about the pay to park!
