Very nice and clean hotel, location is in between DC and Baltimore, other restaurants is close by. Staff is friendly, very good breakfast, comfortable bedding. Definitely return to this hotel and recommend to friends and families.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament and the hotel worked out very well for us. It was only about 10 minutes to the rink. There were lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel also provided us a conference room for the hockey families to congregate as opposed to taking over their lobby. The hotel itself was pretty decent. The common areas were nice. The gym was tiny but had everything needed. The pool and hot tub looked nice, too. Our room was clean which is my number one priority at any hotel. You could tell there had been some updates to the room, which did not extend to the bathroom…or some of the furnishings…but, again, as long as it is clean, beds are comfortable, and it is quiet enough to sleep, then it is acceptable. The employees were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was pretty good, as well. I particularly liked that they offered a veggie eggwhite omelette in addition to scrambled eggs, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy bc I watch what I eat:) I would not vacation here or anything, but I’d certainly stay here again next time we are in town for hockey or if it was a business trip or something:)

Not bad for a one night stay . We had been to Laurel and wanted to quick overnight stay in a budget price … and we got this ! 75$ or something and it was good for the price . The outside of the rooms were kinda ordinary but the room itself was good. Bed was comfortable . Lots of parking available . No elevators I think . Breakfast was good . Basic breakfast but that was good enough . Overall had a nice stay .. service could be better in the lobby …

Although the staff are customer focused, the maintenance and cleanliness of the building is much to be desired. Upon checking in and getting settled in my room (room 529) a mouse ran across the floor. After calling the front desk, Marie was very prompt to assist, upgraded and moved my room without hesitation. When she arrived to help remove the mouse we noticed a mouse trap under the radiator, indicating a known problem. Additionally there was hair in the shower and what seemed to be a ***** hair on one of the face towels. Room 2 had a stink bug. Not the biggest deal, but unsettling to say the least. If it wasn't for Marie's prompt response and willingness to accommodate I would have given 1 star.

Very nice and clean hotel, location is in between DC and Baltimore, other restaurants is close by. Staff is friendly, very good breakfast, comfortable bedding. Definitely return to this hotel and recommend to friends and families.

AA WThe service was beyond great , I felt welcomed immediately through the door with smiles and members waiting to assist me. My check in was ultra smooth thanks to Sydney and her expertise. 10/10 rating would definitely recommend especially if your coming in from and other city !!!

SSterlingProseMy driver's license tecnically expifed in Augusg, but because of COVID, is valid until 30 days after the state of emergency is lifted; I have an official MVA letter to that effect. Desk clerk said she would ”accept it this time, but next time . . .” and argued with me about whether the state of emergency has been lifted, since MVA opened by appointment only in June. She refused to look at the letter. The emergency order has not, in fact, been lifted. Furthermore, just because she was able to renew her license does not mean that I can. I thanked her but said I would still report the business to the Governor's office; whereupon she immddiately canceled my reservation, leaving me without a place for the night and forcing me to cancel two business meetings at the last minute. I still have not heard from Red Roof's management. This is my second experience with this facility. The first time they checked me(with my same license) into a room that hadn't even been cleaned. Not art all recommended.
