One of the rare gems of anatolia. Hezen Cave hotel is in a quite and calm place, on the cheek of the valley seeing over ridge and on the fight side. Here you can see the sunset as the gentle breeze cools you down after a long and hot day in July. The hotel staff is friendly and can help you with places to go and activities not to miss while you’re here. We have one of the Suites (room 15 which consists of two rooms and one hamam-style shower and separate toilet and vanity.

Oba cave hotel de 2 gece 3 gün konakladık.Bir otel konaklamasından ziyade akraba ziyaretine gelmiş gibi hissettik.Özellikle Fatma abla ve Serpil ablaya misafirperverlikleri, samimi ve ince düşüncelerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz.Bir daha ki Kapadokya ziyaretimizde mutlaka uğrayacağımız bir yer oldu.Odaların temizliği kusursuz ve dizaynı çok hoştu.Kahvaltısındaki el emeği lezzetlerine hayran kaldık.Kapadokyada kalmak için ideal bir konum,ayrıca sıcak ve samimi bir ortam herkese tavsiye ederim.

The hotel was not built on the cave, its “cave looking” hotel. The atmosphere was rustic and charming, the view from the terrace was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the internet was fast. The breakfast was amazing, freshly made for us each day and their cats were super cute! In terms of our room: the bed was big and comfy; the room was warm with a good heating system. It was charmingly designed with a cave-hole-sofa area and a shower area that looked like they had been carved out of the wall. But it wasn’t always practical - for instance it is an open-plan design so the toilet is part of the main living area with no door to separate it. One of us had to go out the room when we needed a toilet. Luckily there was a communal toilet in the communal area but it was cold! Downsides: 1. The village of Ortahisar is quite remote and a little limited for restaurants 2. Like many buildings in the area the hotel have a fire and chimney. Although the chimney was high and in the courtyard area, some of the smoke smelled toxic and we didn’t feel comfortable. 3. The drain in the shower seemed to be blocked and took ages to empty, the shower water wasn’t always super hot, one of the shower fixings was broken. It was a lovely hotel but the open plan bathroom made my stay difficult.

Three trips to the country have stayed in Cappadocia for about 20 days. Cappadocia is composed of many towns besides Nevsehir and Kayseri. The town of Goreme is in China. Most famous but compared to Goreme's over-commercialization, I prefer this town to Otahesa orthahisar. This is a small town free traveler who also chooses less here but perhaps officially retains more of the country's cultural hotel. 3 minutes walk from the town center supermarket cafe attractions museum, even if you want to go to Goreme restaurant, there is a minibus 6 lira can take a taxi 30 lira hotel is very comfortable and style is more characteristic than other cave hotels, the cave hotel is most afraid There is no elevator and this hotel is one of the few breakfasts provided. The rich humanistic care highlights the opportunity to experience

GGuest UserI recommend it for a peaceful and clean accommodation experience. From the entrance of the hotel, you see that it has been decorated with attention to local elements. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served, there is no ridiculous concept of all you can eat. A very sufficient breakfast is offered with mother-made pastries. All of the staff members are friendly and caring. If I want to visit the region, I would definitely choose it again.

GGuest UserMy parents and I stayed here as part of our two-day tour in Cappadocia and we can honestly say that the time spent in Cappadocia and our night in Serenus Cave Hotel were among the highlights of our trip to Turkey! The staff was warm, accommodating, friendly and went above and beyond expectations. The manager Hamida is super sweet and treats all her guests like family. The views are spectacular and feel like a fairytale - both daytime and nighttime views make for some picturesque moments! The room we had was so beautiful, clean, spacious and came with a jacuzzi tub which was a bonus! It was a treat to stay in the a**osphere of the stone walls that mimic the geography surrounding us. The only negative is that our stay was so short - we will definitely be back for a longer duration and recommend this place to family and friends! Thank you for making our trip so meaningful! :)

GGuest UserIt was a very nice hotel. The decoration was beautiful, the room was clean and I was able to relax in the bath. Also, the breakfast was very delicious and there were so many menu that lunch was unnecessary.
Thank you for your kindness and the room was upgraded, and it was a hotel full of hospitality. The price is also conscientious and wonderful.
Some rooms seem to have a hot water pool, so I recommend anniversaries.
It was good to stay here on the last night of Cappadocia.
