Территория очень большая.
Но не соответствует названию Garden: площадь отеля большая, но не ухоженная, ни разу не видел людей, которые что-то убирали. Приехал в отель в дождь: персонал не подготовил места в ресторане, в итоге отдыхающие не могли найти себе место для приёма пищи. На обслуживающем персонале Senza экономит. Анимации нет в принципе. Наблюдается активность людей для платных услуг ( хамам/ массаж, поездки по магазинам и т. д.) номера большие,

I had nice experience food are very nice staff helpful and views amazing. Don't listen about bad reviews.hotel room clean and tidy every day staff cleaning rooms. Drinks are nice to. If its raining you will have problem to find a seat in a restaurant .Efe was nice guy

1 week all inclusive at SENZA garden holiday club. Really enjoyed ourselves, very lovely staff especially Efe. Amazing views over the seas and zip line is something that has to be tried by everyone, great experience! Lovely lunch down by the beach of burgers and pizzas!

The entertainment team are top teir, keeping everyone of all nationalities entertained and included. Bar staff always making sure that the drinks are kept flowing and they speak good English which is great. Special shout out to Yakup and Mert.

Friendly staff at Hotel room was far away but got moved quickly without any problems spa was fantastic first class If you have mobility issues they have got a bus that can pick you up but the down fall is that it stops at 6at night there is a lot of hills that a very step the restaurant was basic food but nice

For me the evening entertainment let it down. The food was plentiful, a bit more variety would have been nice. It's very hilly, but not impossible to manage. Our room was in the main hotel area and couldn't really fault it....other than it occasionally smelt of sewerage. The pool area is good. The bar could do with extra staff and better restocking. Just one example....They ran out of diet/light coke on our second night and still didn't have any 8 nights later...

Don't listen to the negative reviews, our room was spotless, the food was great with an excellent selection. The only negative is the uphill walks to get to various points but the hotel has a shuttle service running every few minutes so it's not really a problem. Really enjoying it.
