Positives: -Safe -Fridge -AC -Fan -Room is clean -No bugs like mosquitos or ants in the room. Decent location right off Loi Kroh Road -10 minute walk to Ta Phae Gate and the Night Market in either direction. Negatives: -Room walls are paper thin, you can hear other guests, especially when doors are open and closed at night. -Requested a taxi to the airport from the hotel and was overcharged by 1.5 times what they originally said and what Bolt was quoting (no Bolt drivers were available). Overall, it’s a good value hotel if you are paying under $15 a night. Chiang Mai has a ton of similarly priced rooms throughout the city.

On the surface, this is a cool older-style, attractive building. My room had hardwood floors and was comfortable but there were only bright, glaring ceiling lights- no ambient lamps or a dimmer to set a more comfortable vibe. But here’s where I really struggled: Cheeva Dee charges big city prices yet is located down an alley that is both nondescript & unceremonious. The location is virtually in the middle of nowhere yet I was woken by the other rooms closing their doors - so make no mistake, this is not some peaceful oasis. Additionally to not have an espresso/pod machine in-room or on the restaurant is simply behind the times. (Even my regular room at Indigo Hotel in Phuket had one) The included breakfast was maybe a 5 out of 10. To not fault of the patient, polite staff. These big decisions are out of their control and I feel sorry for them that owners & managers aren’t giving them the tools to exceed guest expectations. And again, the lack of espresso based drinks is criminal when charging $200 per night. Would I stay here again? Nope. This is marketed well, but don’t be fooled - the devil is in the details & when you are charging exorbitant room rates, you better get the details right.

High cost performance. First of all, the location is good, there are n many snacks around, affordable and delicious, changing tricks every time, I haven't finished eating before leaving. Secondly, the front desk service is very good and can consider issues from the customer's point of view, especially gun and lew, they are both good friends of customers. In addition, the hotel can also rent a motorcycle more convenient, the breakfast provided is simple and practical I will definitely stay again next time I go to Chiang Mai

The hotel is very close to Nimman Road, while avoiding the hustle and bustle of Nimman Road, the feeling of being quiet in the noisy is really good👍 the style of the hotel is very British, and it feels warm and romantic. Wake up in the morning listening to romantic music and waiting for the breakfast prepared for you. Enjoy it. Those who are not suitable for western food need to consider, and the breakfast will be prepared at 8 o'clock as early as possible, suitable for friends traveling leisurely. We booked a single double bed, plus a lower berth, the room layout is very warm, sanitary conditions are good, and sound insulation is also good. It's just that the furniture in the room is a bit old, which requires careful consideration. All in all, we love this shop! The waiter and owner are very nice!

The hotel is located on the edge of the ancient city, more than ten minutes walk from the ancient city wall, in a quiet alley, the building is refreshing and the overall environment is very clean. There is a small swimming pool, which is enough for entertainment with children. Because the size of the hotel is not large, the variety of breakfast is already very satisfactory. The front desk and restaurant staff are very good at communication. I came to Chiang Mai for leisure. Although I don’t know what to do for the second time, but because few people in China go to Thailand now, I feel that there are few people and it is suitable for escapism.

Due to work reasons, I chose a hotel close to the venue, and I was originally concerned about health and safety. As a result, the public areas and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The room was even much larger than I expected, and two luggages could be spread flat on the floor. Because we were staying for several nights, the waiter took the initiative to ask if the room needed to be tidied. The waiters are female during the day and male at night, and they are all very friendly. What needs to be considered is sound insulation equipment. If there are neighbors who talk louder, they can easily be heard. Although it is not a luxury business trip, it is highly recommended for those who want a comfortable, simple and safe accommodation space in other places.

I was visiting my daughter who is attending CMU as a study abroad student so I wanted to stay closer to her apartment and experience her daily life. I loved Tuck Me In! It was clean, very comfortable bed and the staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee was plentiful and the A/C and wifi worked well - thank goodness! Tuck Me In's location felt at the heart of student life for Chiang Mai students. The street food, smoothie shops, veggie markets were in abundance with just enough English to get by, but not so much that I felt like I was in a Thai district of an American city. There is a 7-11 next to Tuck Me In which made it easy to get room snacks and soda water (my daughter misses LaCroix water from home!). The experience of staying at Tuck Me In, and eating street food and shopping local (less tourist) markets made the whole trip much more affordable as well - when I went into the old city of Chiang Mai I realized I would have spent a lot more money on food and hotel had we stayed there. I would definitely stay at Tuck Me In again :-)

The staff really stands out here. They were extremely friendly and helpful and made the stay very enjoyable. The room was very large and luxurious and kept spotlessly clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. All bathroom amenities are provided. Free breakfast is provided and although the buffet is quite small, it has a lot of options and the food was delicious. The old city is pretty small so you are within walking distance to a lot of things. Overall, the hotel has a great atmosphere and I highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, a short stroll to the village wall and old town. The rooms were very nice although I would have preferred a sage in the room rather Han having to request access at reception every time I needed my iPad and whilst the breakfast was very nice the selection was limited, otherwise I would have rated 5 stars
