There is a free welcome drink, which is good; Room 410 is far away from the elevator, and the experience is not good; there is no refrigerator facility in the room, and after a light is turned off, it flashes every two or three seconds, affecting sleep, and the experience is very poor; Low cost performance.

My family and I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in San Salvador, El Salvador. The reception at the hotel by every employee was second to none. They made us feel at home immediately. From the employees at the front desk to the cooks, maids and all other employees, they were all extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. This hotel is next to an outdoor mall called La Gran Villa. Lots of restaurants and department stores (outdoor and indoor stores). This is a very safe area to walk around. Lots of security, and friendly people. We did not see any criminal element in the area. This was our first time in El Salvador and the experience was great. The Marriott is centrally located to many of the activities and landmarks in the country. I can’t emphasize how safe this area (La Gran Villa) is and how much fun it is to just hang out and enjoy a beer or some coffee at one of the many shops/restaurants.

It was a welcoming experience. The staff were all smiles and helpful. I really appreciated the people working at the restaurant including the people in the kitchen. The waitresses were kind and attentive and sharp looking. We enjoyed our stay because of these people and they deserve all the credit for keeping us smiling.

This is just a generic hotel, but I used points. Hotel has a security guard 24-7. Front desk staff speaks good English and everyone was friendly. Location is next to a mall and so the food choices are pretty much all chain restaurants. There is a grocery store about 10 minute walk away and pharmacies within 5 minutes. Room itself was a good size and was clean. Bed was comfortable and AC was good. Television has a couple English stations. Water is provided on the first day, but not on subsequent days (this should be changed). There is a fridge in the room. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Shampoo and soap provided, but no lotion or conditioner. Breakfast included coffee/tea, hot buffet items (eggs, beans, pupusas), and continental items (yogurt, fruit, cereal). Overall, this was just OK. But I was solo and wanted to be sure I was in a safe area.

I have been hosted in this hotel twice. It is a very cozy place. The attention is magnificent. The food is very good and even they offered breakfast to take because my bus was leaving early. They also allowed me to check out late when my bus went out at 3PM. 100% recommended!

So this is a small older style hotel with authentic 'spanish heritage' ambience. We found: - the room to be large - beds to be comfortable - the look and feel of the interior of the hotel to be great but not modern - food at the no name 'cafe' next door to be ultra cheap and good We also found: - the location to be noisy. The room faced right onto the busy street and the slat type windows let in ALL the traffic noise - the shower to have one tap and one temperature - which is common in the low end hotels - our room had no AC but it did have a fan - there is no parking available (and probably none close by) - the room was not particularly clean and the floor was definitely not clean - the wifi was ok but no better than that on the phone - and maybe worse - the location to be convenient for small street vendor type shops but definitely not a place most people would be comfortable with at night..

GGuest UserWriting this review just 2 days passed since I came back from my travel to El Salvador. I booked this hotel based on the review here at TA and other travel website. Location: located in Zona Rosa, everything is walking distance. close to the museum. close to the bars. close to restaurants (by the way, I recommend going to Chapultepec just one block away). and yes, it's very very close to the clinic for covid testing. Staff: everyone was very nice. they always close the main gate (I appreciate the safety) but no worries, they always open the door as soon as you arrive. didn;t get the guy at the reception desk but he was very helpful. I do not speak spanish but can understand some words. not sure how it worked but he guide me about getting covid test, going to el tunco, and lots more. Breakfast: space was very charming. i opted to stay inside but you can eat outside. staff were very attentive. lots of options on what to eat. too bad they do not have hot chocolate (i don;t drink coffee). Overall: YES. I would definitely stay here again if I go back and YES, I highly recommend this place.

This is not a fancy hotel but clean and in good repair. I stayed just one night in a somewhat strangely situated room entered from the dining area. The room was small but with a very comfortable bed, good a/c and clean bathroom. It was a bit noisy early morning when staff were setting up the breakfast buffet so not good for anyone intending to sleep a bit later. There are a few sofas in reception and the dining area and a small lawn out the back with a couple of solid tables. The wifi was stable and reasonably fast. Breakfast was pretty standard but good enough for a 3 star hotel. There is a “sister” property across the road that has a bigger back lawn with a swimming pool that Villa Terra guests can use. Overall this a perfectly acceptable hotel for a few days.

XXioRuingThis place is great. Very laid back and the staff are incredible. Located on a quiet part of San Benito the property itself is small and intimate with decent sized rooms with modern conveniences. I especially like the smart tv. Decor is quirky and nice. My first floor room contained one queen bed with a small desk and well working AC. The bathroom is huge with big shower and modern touches. Check in was smooth. The hotel still uses regular metal keys and as a joke, there’s an art mosiac piece hanging that consists of nothing but electronic key cards from other hotels around the world. Morning continental breakfast is light but enough to get you going fo rthe day: cheese, bread, toaster, cold cuts, coffee, OJ, hard boiled eggs, and cereal.

My wife and I spent five nights at the Windsor Plaza Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience. For around $350, the value was incredible. The check-in process was swift, and the staff were quick to help us settle into our room. Our room featured a comfortable single bed and was immaculately clean. We enjoyed the fantastic pool, amazing breakfast, and consistently good service. The hotel’s location was perfect, with plenty of dining options, nightlife, and pharmacies nearby. We felt very secure thanks to the attentive security team. Windsor Plaza Hotel offered superb comfort, convenience, and excellent value. Highly recommended!

Military Museum of the Armed Forces of El Salvador
Ccoo***anWe had the honor of having a Navy officer show us around and explain all the exhibits. 1st Lieutenant Gonzalez was our guide throughout our visit. She was very knowledgeable about the history of El Salvador as well as the history of the military. Every single person we met seemed happy that we chose to visit and all were very proud of the museum there. If you are really interested in learning about the history of El Salvador, I would highly recommend making this one of your stops.
Church of the Rosary

The church adopts a modern architectural structure, which is completely different from the traditional church style. There is no pillar in the hall, which is spacious and open. There are no other lighting facilities except for a few dim incandescent lamps in front of the holy image. The light source in the church comes from natural light.
