GGuest UserFood is amazing! However you need to brace yourself with the stairs! 🥹 you have at least 50 steps to take to go to your room and another thousand (exaggerating this bit) to go to the parking space.
The beach is clean, and you can walk to the other resorts as well.

JJustine Marie RoperoThe suites was definitely a gem in the heart of bacolod, the hotel accessibility to places such as church, mall, restaurants, banks and pharmacy is strategically good, that you can just walk to get to your destination. Personnel at the front desk is accomodating and fast, also I called them 1 week prior to confirm my booking, they answer the phone right away.
There's a tv which has cable, bathroom is also clean with toiletries included, lot's of towel (body & face towel provided), the aircondition also cools fast. A stay here is definitely worth coming back

PPawin BkkThe location is 1km south of city centre and is still in walking distance. The check in was smooth despite same-day booking. The lady who checked was very warm and courteous. It's like she welcome her friend to her home.
The room was neat, clean, and spacious. The only downside is its proximity to the main street as the name of this place implies. You hear the traffic noise intermittently at night. Earplug will help though.
Overall, I highly recommend this place.

GGuest UserIt's certainly an older hotel and it looks in need of tender loving care. However, it was a good price and the staff were nice. The aircon worked. The water was warm though the shower hose was broken.

TTyn BIt was a day when our internet was not working well , we had to go somewhere to have our classes for the night , East Square Inn is one of our option because it is just 30 minutes away from our location . As we inquire how much the room was --it is only 500 pesos for one night and it is actually cheaper than other places which we also checked online .... the room is clean , the area is so cool and relaxing . The lobby has wifi . the room has strong wifi , the reception gives password for all the wifi from lobby to 2nd floor (very useful) water is available in the lobby and receptionist is available all the time . Thank you . Surely checking in here is not a hassle . We didnt regret choosing your Inn for our travel and it helped us a lot .

GGuest UserThe epitome of you get what you pay for, but budget should not mean low quality, rooms are far from the pics they show, it was very small for family room standards, cobwebs, dirt on the edges & corners of the room,this shows very very poor housekeeping, should have backed out upon seeing the entrance, uncut grass, dirty facade, upon entering, you are greeted with a musty smell, also, bathrooms is as unappealing as the room, there was also the sound of something gnawing on wood, but to be fair,AC was good, WIFI fast & stable, location is very good, but sadly that's it, to the owners of this hotel, please improve, your location and pricing is hard to beat, cancelled my 2nd day coz I was concerned of my family's health, the 200 peso cancellation fee was well worth it

Ccordula JSimply super, we always like to come back again,before the fifth time here,very friendly,room 4 floors,clean and cozy, quiet in the night,super to sleep.Centrally located.Have never had problems, for us in Bacolod only Ong Bun, does continue so, thank you again.
