"The hotel was one step up from a regular budget business hotel. It had a public bath which was a plus - keep in mind it does get quite crowded around 8pm so if you want to be able to shower and use the facilities without being crowded, try get in before then or go late in the night. The room was clean and spacious - but had a weird design with the curtains - remember to look behind the white curtains and pull down the blinds if you don’t want people looking in. The location is close to Sapporo station which is very helpful to go anywhere and do meetups with tour groups. Their breakfast is also affordable and had a extensive local cuisine buffet."

"One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in Japan. Just be very very careful in pinning the map. We were brought miles away from Sapporo in the middle night and nowhere to seek help. We reached the hotel at dawn already, tired and weak, scared. It was a terrible experience but the hotel is good. We got no help from the staff. The view from the hotel is perfect. Everything is nearby the hotel."

"The hotel has a good location, approximately 400 meters from JR Sapporo Station. The room is spacious enough, clean, and comfortable. Facilities are quite good and suitable for a pleasant stay. There is a convenience store located on the ground floor, which is very convenient."

"We searched high and low for the best hotel to stay in Sapporo and luckily found ABeST’s rooms were still available to fit 4 of us. The bathroom is clean, toiletries were prepared accordingly and i like how they prepared all these items (per picture) at lobby. I love the oil face wash 🙈"

"Sapporo Hotel by Granbell offers a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which makes guests feel genuinely welcomed from the moment they arrive. The hotel itself is modern and clean, with immaculate rooms that reflect great attention to detail. We booked a corner suite and were delighted to be assigned a high-level room with a fantastic view, which made the stay even more memorable. Location is another strong point. The hotel is conveniently situated near Sapporo Station, making it easy to get around the city. Major shopping destinations such as Stellar Place, Daimaru, and other large malls are all within easy reach, perfect for dining and shopping. One thing to note for travelers who are driving: although parking is available at the hotel, there is a daily parking fee for hotel guests. This is worth factoring into your plans if you intend to rent a car. Overall, Sapporo Hotel by Granbell is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a modern, well-located hotel with friendly service and high-quality rooms."

"The room is spacious. Although the hotel policy is no cleaning on second night if you stayed for 2 consecutive nights, the housekeeping crew cleaned our room cause we put ‘CLEAN MY ROOM’ card on the door. We appreciate that. The breakfast was good."

"Well this is my fifth time staying in this hotel (7 nights stay for this visit), i love the location and the breakfast, including the helpful front desk staff, however 1 thing i noticed that requires improvement is the housekeeping crew. The bins are placed properly and toilet paper roll is left on the floor inside the bedroom, also that the dust needs to be cleaned right? We have only requested for 3 room make-up services as part of the effort to go green, yet the service provided is far from expectation comparing to all my previous stay in this hotel. Kindly work on that as improvement."
