Отель чистый. Расположение не центральное, но на улицах спокойно. Балкон в зелени, столик, вид на красивое здание. Квартира понравилась.
Минус: надо звонить, но я не знаю языков, на сообщения в ватсап без звонка не реагируют. Отвечает на звонок дама преклонного возраста. Общаются по ватсап молодые люди. Номер один и тот же.Отель заказывала 3х местный, не было в наличии других, дали двухместный. Не в обиде, по фото 3х местный с очень яркими тонами и креслом американского флага. Тут приятные сдержанные тона, понравилось. Есть сушилка для одежды.
Рекомендую.

お部屋も広くて快適でした。

Magnificent location on the hinge between old town and new area. The hotel is also very central, close to shops, restaurants, train station ... And it is also very close to the bus stop to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and acceptable size. The bathroom offers fair services and is clean. Breakfast does not include a large buffet but the necessary thing to start the day: hot or cold drink (the worst thing is that the juices are not natural), yoghourts, some fruit, some sausages, bread, crepes, magnificent croissants and something of hot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 100% recommendable.

A somewhat old hotel - at least from the outside appearance and the first impression of the room. However, the bathroom was great, everything was new and modern, great rain shower.
Huge area with conference rooms and dozens of free parking spaces.
The sports room is a dream and huge, sauna and indoor pool are theoretically also available - unfortunately both are not open.
The breakfast had a lot of variety, but the presentation still had potential.
Nice staff, disinfectants were also available in the entrance area and sports room.
We asked for a quiet room and got one at the back, no noise from the street - gorgeous.
All in all a nice stay at a fair price, including breakfast and fitness room. Gladly again!

GGuest UserHotel oceniam 10/10. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Pokoje duże, ładne i czyste. Na duży plus codziennie uzupełniana darmowa woda w lodówce w pokoju oraz ręczniki. Codziennie sprzątane pokoje.
Basen płytki, kameralny, ale do odpoczynku i opalania wystarczający.
Śniadania bardzo dobre, dość duży wybór (sery, wędliny, lokalne dania typu foccacia barese, płatki, musli, różne rodzaje mleka, soki owocowe, świeże owoce, jogurty, panna cotta, świeżo parzona kawa, muffinki, donuty, croissanty, tosty, świeże bułki, dżemy, jajecznica z bekonem, kiełbaski na ciepło, fasolka), ale codziennie ten sam wybór.
W hotelu znajduje się ogólnodostępny komputer z drukarką przy recepcji.
Jedyny minus to położenie hotelu (choć zależy kto jaki ma cel wizyty)- ok. 4km pieszo miastem do dworca głównego i do centrum. Do plaży jeszcze więcej (ok. godziny spaceru).
Okolica hotelu - typowe blokowisko, ale spokojnie i bezpiecznie. W pobliżu dość dużo restauracji, sklep.
Na terenie hotelu znajduje się również restauracja oraz samoobsługowy minibarek.
W hotelu jest bardzo spokojnie i cicho.

Although initially, as soon as I approached the reception after arrival, they told me to wait until 12:00. Then they apparently changed their minds.
The room has a comfortable mattress! There is a free shuttle.
Of the minuses.
There were dirty windows almost everywhere (in the room, in the elevator, in the spa area), there was no hair conditioner, there was no reception phone number in the room. I had to go down.
I ordered a shuttle to the airport. He left earlier, without me. As a replacement, the reception called a taxi. The car that arrived was a little shocking. Old, dirty, completely destroyed Kia. Thank you for finding a replacement, but it was not very pleasant to see and ride on this transport.
The location is not very convenient. Quite far from the center, from the train station.
Overall, though, I was satisfied! I think I'll be back!

GGuest UserThe rooms are very modern and very clean, the breakfast is good, the hotel is well located next to a beach and there are plenty of buses that go to the city. The hotel shuttle to the old town is free, it's great.
We really liked the pool, the sweet potato fries and the stews to enjoy by the pool.
The staff is perfect, and special mention for Vito, the pool boy who is extremely nice and very helpful

MmlenitskayaStayed here for a night while traveling from Bari to Matera. Small room but very clean. Location didn’t matter for us, but around there is everything you might need. The service was great , very helpful. The breakfast is simple : coffee, juice and croissant in the cafe nearby.

Ffatt1234The location is excellent, right next to the train station. It is very convenient to go to other places by train and within walking distance to other attractions. The room is large and clean. The breakfast is very rich and diverse. The service staff is very enthusiastic about arranging day trips. There are many buses on the road next door for traveling to nearby towns.

JJoshBMBooked two deluxe rooms (one for single pax and the other for two pax) but was given two rooms of different sizes instead - not very impressed to say the least!
Room decor has seen its better days to be honest! Plastic tables and chairs in the room for a 4-star property are pure cheapskates!
Air conditioning still hasn’t been switched back on in late April when temperature already reaching low 20 Celsius! Had to stay and sleep in the room with window shut because of noisy disco noises nearby lasting beyond 2 am in the wee hours of Sunday morning ! Got ‘roasted and baked’ in the room with no ventilation as a result - not very ideal when covid is still raging!
Still couldn’t understand why the hotel still insists on ‘no self-service’ for buffet breakfast - apparently in the name of covid! ‘Accidentally’ tried to pick up some breakfast items by myself on arrival as there was no sign on display stating the not-so-obvious ‘no self-service’ policy but was told off by one of 2 staff members on duty with plate being ‘snatched’ from my hands! The paradox being this practice caused long queue with only 2 staff members available to pick and dish out items for guests! Long queue and mass gathering of guests would not spread covid but picking up your own food with disinfected hands would apparently! Few ironic observations made though! The two specific staff members on food picking duty didn’t wear gloves at all when picking food with thongs for guests - is that even covid-safe??? One of the two members on that specific food picking duty went on to pick food for guests after clearing and cleaning up table with bare hands and then went over to do their food picking duty for other guests without washing or disinfecting their hands - covid safe I fear not??? If insisting on ‘no self-service’ policy, make sure you have sufficient staff to handle constant stream of guests coming in for breakfast! I was certainly being put off by either long queue or absent staff to help pick the food I wanted!

GGuest UserOverall it was a good value for the price. The B&B is located 5 km, or just over 3 miles from the airport terminal. Lyft, Uber, and Bolt, the 3 transportation apps I use don't offer service in this area. The breakfast was displayed upon check-in, a variety of packaged snacks. Breakfast also included coffee and tea, all self served. The manager is very pleasant and helpful.

In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro
And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses .
I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us.
I want my money back

MMee KuenTrip.com booking did not highlight nor state clearly that check in process is unusual. It was complicated and not timely and clearly alerted to Instructions on how to check in.
We were very inconvenienced by the lack of timely clear instruction. We arrived earlier because there was only one (overnight) ferry crossing to Bari per day. So we had to look for the hotel to leave luggage at the least. But the hotel entrance (or gate?) is closed or we just couldn't find it. So in desperation in the raining cold that morning, we asked a passerby for help. FINALLY, after a long long conversation under the rain, contacting the host, we could finally be allowed to check in.
These frustrations could have been avoided if instructions were given earlier or guests warned earlier of unusual way of checking in. We didn't receive instructions till we managed to contact the host thru a kind Italian soul who was able to speak English to help us. A few passers-by we approached couldn't speak English or ignore us because it was raining heavily.
