Nice hotel to stay when you are in solo, Indonesia. Very impressive interior design, it’s classic Javanese design with furniture and arts. Nice staff, rooms is big and cozy. The only thing needs to improve is the bathroom , it really need to be renew.otherwise everything else is ok 👍🏻

the location of the hotel in the city center although it is a bit into the alley,but the alley is big.the hotel became one with the cafe in the front area.the parking lot is quite large and is distinct between hotel guests and cafe guests.the alley exit is a little bit of food vendors. For the staff very very friendly and informative. There is a deposit that I forgot the amount (it seems 100k). Eco hotel concept without elevator. Each floor is provided with a water dispenser. for the room i booked it was a bit narrow and it was stuck between the tray and the table,so it had to be a bit jumping.but overall it was very comfortable,the mattress was soft,the tv signal was ok,the ac was quick to cool down,the water heater was ok,and the room was clean

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Oldstyle hotel, but well maintained... Guests amenities were complete and in good condition.
But the service from the front office seems too stiff and not flexible. I was just asking if possible to have late checkout at 12.30, but the answer was just ”CAN NOT!!! THE HOTEL IS FULL TODAY”, in an unfriendly voice. While it is Ramadan month, and i know the hotel is currently not busy at all.
Well, despite of the frontliner stiffness, the hotel is still very recommended...

The hotel has an unbeatable price/performance ratio and extremely friendly staff. Unfortunately we were only there for one night, a longer stay would have been fun. The room was very spacious and the bathroom had a separate area for the toilet and shower. The interior of the entire hotel is based on the colonial style, but is enhanced with individual sculptures and paintings. This is particularly evident in the very tastefully designed hotel lobby. There is an included afternoon tea service on the hotel roof by the swimming pool, where you can relax a bit. It is also very close to the train station. A clear recommendation.

Honestly, if my wife and I personally don't have a plan for a long vacation, first crowded and second bringing children, unless it's in the city. Unexpectedly, I suddenly contacted the hotel side Hotel Sahid Jaya Solo for staycation while weekend and late 2019 here. Honestly, since I stepped foot in Solo in 1993 I have never slept at this hotel, when the age of Sahid Jaya Solo Hotel is already a legend, and it said it was built since the 80s. Perhaps anyone wondering what the hotel is like Sahid Jaya Solo is? The location of Sahid Jaya Solo Hotel I think since I first came to Solo in 1993, the location of Sahid Jaya Solo is very strategic, especially for travelers who like to travel to Solo by train. Sahid Jaya Solo is located not far from Solo Balapan or exactly in Mada No. Elephant Street, Solo. In addition to close to the Stadium Station, tourist destinations close to Sahid Jaya Solo are such as Mangkunegaran Pura, National Press Museum and J. The Slamet Riyadi protocol where the economic center of Solo is on the road is still within a 1 kilometer radius, so if the walking is not too tired. BBagus WI stayed in this hotel for an Eid family gathering which was held on its ballroom. Upon hearing that we will stay in this hotel, I felt a bit cautious due to its rather negative review from previous customers. Upon arriving we were greeted by welcoming receptionists who struggle to manage our large booking. But nevertheless, they made it through. In addition, they also give us welcome snack: a cheese cracker that tasted like cream soup. Our room is located in newer wing. Although the interior looks dated (like something that dating back from 1990s, except for its LCD TV), it was clean and pleasant. The aircon was initially hot, but after some repair work by housekeeping staffs, it become cold enough for the remainder of our stay. We truly appreciate their attentive effort. The hotel is generally clean and nicely organized. Its heritage buildings are also properly maintained. It is also centrally located and next to Gramedia bookstore, which is a big plus point. However the biggest downside about this hotel is the food. They menu is generally limited and not so tasty. Even during our gathering, the food menu was anything but delicious. However the Sosis Solo snack was perhaps the tastiest and truly save the day. Overall, this hotel has a lot of potential to be the best, although it is in dire need of major renovation and upgrade.

GGuest UserZest Solo, one of the newest 2-star hotels in the city of Surakarta. Its location in Manahan, the parking lot can be quite steep and narrow, fortunately the hotel offers free valet parking facilities. The lobby is a standard size with a modern interior. The room size is quite spacious and comfortable for a 2 star, equipped with benches, chairs and simple work desks. The mattress size 100x200 is comfortable enough with 1 pillow each per mattress. For the zest rooms, all of them are twin. They can set Hollywood but they are only attached and still easy to move, so it's not comfortable. In the room, they provide complimentary 2 bottles of 600 ml mineral water, and a dispenser for refilling mineral water at the corridor. The bathroom uses a head shower and faucet. For shampoo and bath gel, use a 2 in 1 dispenser system, no toothbrush is provided so it is better to bring your own. The wifi speed is not good, fortunately the TV shows are clear. There is also a room service menu that is affordable. Overall the rooms are quite comfortable because the condition of the hotel is still new and still well maintained. For breakfast, you can say the taste can be enjoyed and the variants are quite complete, there are pecel, yellow rice, bacem tofu, green bean porridge, indomie corner, egg corner, fried noodles, guava and orange juice, sliced fresh fruit and pudding. Unfortunately i see some people walking around, picking some food not using mask, i hope they can apply the health protocol strictly

AAngelaicaAmaris Sriwedari Hotel is close to the main road of Slamet Riyadi J., when checking in and check out are smooth, the staff are friendly and we are served quickly, the rooms are also ready at pkl 1 wkt check in. Our room was on the 6th floor, the room was clean, there were 2 bottles of water even without a kettle, tea and coffee (low budget). The room is quite comfortable, the bathroom is a little problem for the water supply, a little slum so the water has to wait a while to enter the sewer, but counted clean enough, available shower equipment and tooth hygiene, as well as hotel shoes but only 1 pair. The food is quite good, a lot of menus, take it yourself, only the staff is minimal so the shame is also his lizard, you have to see the food when it's exhausted but also have to note what room customers have eaten. The security staff in front of the hotel is not there, less enthusiastic, so it's a little difficult to find a parking space, especially when we came it seems that there was an event at the hotel because a lot of motorcycles parked. Overall quite recomended for low budget hotels in Solo.

Stayed here for a night in August 2022. Pros: 1) The location is good. It is a short walk to the Danar Hadi museum and the Mangkunegaran Palace. 2) The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and was of adequate size. 3) The staff was polite, courteous and helpful. 4) The WIFI was free and the connectivity/speed were good. 5) The place was reasonably quiet and the sleep quality was good. 6) Breakfast started early (6 am). 7) The tariff was cheap. Cons: 1) The cleanliness of the restaurant area was poor. 2) The restaurant was very slow in its service. 3) The breakfast spread was very limited and the taste was not great.
