"I've been here b4 and loved it so when knowing I'd have another layover it was my go to booking. Since it's Hilton it's impressive to beable to book this lovely place in Bali when doing so in Australia is triple the amount? I was upgraded to a suite from a standard room, granted an extra hour check out as my plane arrived stupidly 1 1/2 late so I arrived 1.30 am here and I paid for a buffet breakfast which I loved again a 2nd time round. Great customer service, big sized rooms and foyer and amazing pool setting I got to enjoy even after check out awaiting my flight. Very greatful. Tira makarsi"

"The Location is quite strategist, near Kuta beach, Minimarket, Foodcourt, and etc. The cleanness and service are excellent. The receptionist served me well and very helpfull, the security is well-mannered and proactively helpfull, and the cleaners are also pretty much the same. I couldn't say anything bad about this hottel, that's why I give it full stars. Fyi, you will get breakfast that you can choose (idr 50k per person if not included in the booking). It was quite delicious, complete with fruits, juices and drinks. The hotel also have umbrella at the reception which you can borrow temporary in the rain season especially Also, it has a room to store your luggages temporary, so anyone who has checked out could put their luggagas there and roaming around while waiting their midnight flight for example. Tbh, the room is quite small but it is okay and the cover of the bathroom is kinda blurry, so you will feel a little bit awkward, but still ok. The price is well deserved. I recommend this hotel. Five stars! Excellent! Thanks 😁😁"

"Everything is perfect except that the location is too inside that cars getting in and out get stuck in traffic for quite long. No hair dryer in the room but over all it is satisfactory and it's quiet given that there are pubs in the surroundings."

"The hotel was very close to the airport. There are quite a few places to eat around the area if you are not specifically looking for fine dining. However, about ten minutes away from the hotel, there are malls where you can find a variety of restaurants that offer different cuisines. The hotel’s restaurant is open until late at night (it might be open 24/7, I’m not sure). We had dinner once at past ten in the evening because we got back super late from a day tour. The hotel also has a spa, which was one of the highlights of our Bali experience. 🥰 The hotel has a swimming pool as well that cannot drown people like me and my friend who do not know how to swim because it was only 1.2 meters deep (if I remembered it right). As one of the guests said, “It was a family friendly pool.” The hotel is clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only problem we had was the leaking air conditioner, which they fixed right away, and the clogged bathroom sink. Oh, and mosquitoes 🦟 in the public areas. Other than that, we had a great stay at the hotel. 🏨"

"Great location! Walking distance to Kuta Beach and Beachwalk Mall. Room was nice, clean. Bed was comfy. Comes with a balcony. Toilet amenities provided. Was served nice welcome drinks upon check in. Was given complimentary birthday cake. Breakfast was good! Delicious food and good spread of buffet with variety of choices. Request for late check out. Request was granted till 2pm. Hotel staff was friendly, polite and courteous. Swimming pool was small. But the view was awesome. Facing the sea."
