This is an excellent hotel. I have a disability and walk with a ”Stroller” My room was excellent with plenty of room to move around and with a low floor shower. The staff in the restaurant were more than helpful in carrying my breakfast in the morning when it is ”Self Service” And the other Staff were also very helpful and Christine is an excellent Host. I plan to travel to Lourdes again in 2024 and will be staying at this Hotel. David - Edinburgh, Scotland

Stayed here in july .. brilliant place to stay ..visited lourdes grotto & basillicas , this town never fails to amaze me .. so beautiful ..going again next year . First visited lourdes in 1976 helping the sick , fell in love with the place ... the grotto is amazing & the basillicas so beautiful , the torch light procession is amazing ... lourdes is a friendly town ...beautiful places to visit, food outstanding .cant wait to go back

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nickel. Sorry that all this was disturbed by the ”bordel” caused by Spanish-language children who played in the corridors until midnight by laying the doors with grooms and who left the hotel the next day at 5 p.m. without doing any work Also attention to noise. So what to sleep well without being able to do it .....

The hotel is small but in a good location to visit grotto area. We had a good size comfortable room which was very quiet even though facing onto the road and the river. The room has a shower, tea and coffee making facilities and a safe. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river. There was a shaded patio on our floor for use by residents. The hotel serves an excellent buffet breakfast which is regularly replenished and there is plenty of room in the dining room. The staff are all young and enthusiastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. Wifi is good and we had no difficulty in connecting. A very good stay and we will be returning on our next visit. The Hotel only serves breakfast but there is plenty of choice for other meals locally. Made in Italy serves very good Pizzas and is always very busy. The town was busy with pilgrimages even though it was October but it is still kept clean. The streets are narrow so you need to be aware of the traffic especially the large tour buses. There are local buses and a petit train which run around the town.

Booked directly through Accor website as we are a member. Booking went smoothly. The receptionist were helpful, friendly and professional. A lot of cafes around the hotel. It was a lovely walking distance to Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Au Roi Albert Restaurant was excellent & food was delicious and reasonable price.

There are many positives to this hotel. This was our 3rd stay in this hotel and we will come back in future. Overall a positive experience. Location - walkable to the Grotto and great shopping and restaurants all around. The view from the balconies, if you get such a room, is to the grotto and awesome to wake up to. Facilities - good breakfast, parking onsite, gym, spa (free access) would recommend the rooms with balconies Beds - super comfortable Rooms - big rooms in comparison to other hotels in France. Cleanliness (as far as I can see see below comment about the use of dark color in decor) Service - the staff is very helpful and customer focussed. the lady who manages the breakfast room in particular was amazing. She remembers us from our visit 9 months back, to the detail of what tea my mother preferred. Absolutely five stars for her! the opportunities for improvement are the liberal use of dark color all over in the decor. While a nice design touch, for a hotel, in regards hygiene, I am not sure I am comfortable with so much dark color when I can't see any possible stains. The elevator covered in fake turf was also a bit claustrophobic as it was also very small. The lobby has very little sitting area, so if you are waiting for someone, you have to linger by the reception or sit in the bar.

Hotel very close to the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes! It is a pity that we arrived at the Paris High Speed Rail Station and found that the train stopped at that time! Did not be able to live in this hotel, but the photos are very good!

The location is super convenient. The staff were very helpful. My only tip is book with Uber as I used a taxi that was booked by the hotel, and he charged me double from the hotel to the airport! So was initially quoted to me as €28, ended up being €51. So please check the rates before booking a taxi through the hotel. The hotel itself though is in a superb location and the rooms are clean. I recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThis hotel is a little gem. Its strength is it staff. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were with Tangney Tours and Linda was an extremely professional and caring guide. Rooms are quite small but clean with maid service everyday. The restaurant staff were fabulous especially Corine's friendly and attentive approach at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Philippa in the restaurant was also excellent. Small bar at reception. 2 lifts and a staircase to access 9 floors.

GGuest UserThe lady at the reception was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful polite and very accommodating. 10/10. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. But she was just great!!! The rooms are more basic than you could imagine. Bedding was well made and clean. Hygiene was not great elsewhere. Lack of toilet paper etc was not a great start but not a complaint. There was a ”stink” in the bathroom, I discovered it was toilet brush . The pool area was acceptable. The breakfast for €12 was ok, not fantastic. The location was a bit far from the Grotto. We had to get a taxi each night as after a day of walking in the town centre the walk uphill was too much for any if us. The overall facilities are in need of repairs and an option to purchase a box of basic items would have been good, such as coffee butter milk etc.

GGuest UserReally looked forward to staying here but was very disappointed overall The pros Location is great , right in the heart of Lourdes so easy walk to sanctuary , shops , restaurants and bus stop. Size of the apartment was also ok ( we booked a family apartment so should of had 2 bedrooms and separate kitchen / sitting area with balcony and a classic apartment which is 1 separate bedroom with kitchen / dining . What we got initially was a studio room ( bed in same room as kitchen with separate bathroom , dining table was touching end of bed and a window ) and a 1 bedroom apartment which had a bunk bed in the kitchen area ( room 406) with a window looking directly into another room. I asked for a change on this room and got room 402, so had 2 single beds in a room with large window and a double couch bed in kitchen area with a balcony that was 2 foot wide but had stunning views so better. What we didn’t expect was the deposit in case of breakages of €100 ( I took room pics of other peoples damage and showed reception immediately) the box of self catering stuff provided , cups , plates ect to be collected from reception and the overall untidy and dirty room conditions. All 3 rooms we were in had the same issues. Coming to Lourdes with vulnerable people I didn’t expect the room to be a possible health hazard due to lack of basic cleaning and having to ask for basics like toilet roll , clean blankets and sheets surprised me. We had an early flight home & reception staff actually came to check our rooms before handing back the deposits that we paid in cash. Pictures don’t lie Home in door was room 406 when we checked in . Rest are of room 402 . The girl who checked us in on Monday , we didn’t see her again , another girl was left to deal with the issues.

GGuest UserAvoid absolutely, don't be fooled by only looking at its prices which are low 😡 the Sri Lankan leader and his staff are like the room in his hotel. No respect for customers. Really an unpleasant experience in this hotel that we had. I had booked 2 nights at the base and only stayed for one. The boss asks me to pay for the stay on arrival before taking possession of the room.. I have never seen this in other establishments 🤔 At first I didn't really understand why but after paying and visiting the room that I understood why, given the state of the room (cleanliness? 0 hygiene, very poorly insulated both thermally and soundproof it is 0, no operational heating..) In addition the Sri Lankan staff who 'collected the payment did not provide me with the paid invoice, he asked me to come back later so that he could give me the invoice on the other hand absolutely had to pay for the room 👎 It's escrows.. the hot water the same, you have to let it run for about 10 minutes before getting lukewarm water (in their hotel rules, it is specified no wasting water 🤔) So cold shower, no heating and short night because there is no sound and thermal insulation in the room. This hotel completely neglects its customers in terms of responsibility for the comfort of customers and the reporting of malfunctions. Their main interest is money above all and the rest the management and its employees don't care... Honestly who paid you a little more for a stay, at least you will have a stay worthy of your trip.. The little bonus it's the location otherwise I say once again flee this Milan hotel establishment🤬, personally I will never set foot in this rotten hotel again and I will also advise against it to those around me

Please just hire a receptionist who can understand English because there was confusion as to the booking because the male receptionist can't understand English and we can't speak French.
