I was really impressed starting from the beginning. Every detail of the room was very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was really perfect. Location of the hotel is very good and easy to rach anywhere you want. I like the design of the whole hotel. I like everything that I saw and experienced.

The hotel is conveniently located for the Hauptbahnhof and the city centre. My room was comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. There was an excellent selection for breakfast. All of the staff I met were very helpful. The only negative thing was music noise from an adjacent venue on the Friday night.

Very central to everything we needed. We took the breakfast option - variety of bread, hams. cheese and sausage. Scrambled and boiled eggs, fresh fruit, jams, yoghurt and cereals, juices and excellent coffee and other hot drinks. Glad we chose this option as there did not seem too many cafes offering breakfast nearby - only chains. The ladies who dealt with breakfast were lovely, really helpful and friendly. The only reason I've not given a 5 rating is that (for us) the bed was a little firm and the pillows were far too soft and on our last night (Saturday) the hotel must be near a nightclub as all we could hear was thumping music into the early hours (2am!) of the morning. Would just advise getting a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

This hotel was a great find in Dortmund. Booked a family room and a double room. Family room was extremely spacious with separate area for the single bed. Double bedroom had a balcony and a beautiful walk in shower. Breakfast was included, great choices of yogurts, cereals, pastries and other items. Staff were very helpful and really friendly. Can not fault this hotel

Very Good experience! Fit all my expectations! Good position, quaiet room, parking place provided, Good breakfast, Good coffee! Recommend! No inconvenience! Nothing bad! I will come back if I have The occasion! Worth for the money! Close to The Center!

Lovely little hotel, very central location. Friendly staff and breakfast was fresh and tasty. Reasonably priced. Note that hotel parking is limited and the nearest Dopark closes on Sundays and Bank Holidays as I found out 😁 (although it is possible to get the car out )

The hotel is in a very good location for exploring Dortmund and the surrounding area, as it is is central and close to the station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and was a very relaxing atmosphere. The décor of the hotel keeps with the Grey theme and is very tastefully done. The room was nicely decorated and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. An excellent place for a break in Dortmund. Thank you.
