I spend 3 nights on this property it was totally worth it. The views from their balcony and from a restaurant I can't describe in words its priceless. The property is near the flame tower and the most famous Nizami street hardly 5 minutes drive. You can easily find a taxi outside the hotel. We really enjoy our vacation on this property. Especially thanks to the front manager (i forgot her name)she helps us a lot to arrange a car for Gabala sightseeing currency exchange and many more. we definitely visit this place again. Thanks a lot for your warm hospitality.

Terrible hotel. They have bugs! Vermins. I have dozens of bites. Also they have roaches everywhere. Do not recommend. The food is not good... very much disappointed with this place. Rooms are not clean. Towels which are supposed to be white.. are yellow and brown

Disappointed the hotel with such a poetic name. Seeing the high rating and was surprised. Yes, the hotel has a good location: The old city at the Shirvanshakhov Palace, a saturated breakfast, clean but 1) read that number 16 m, but for me women of a miniature small, 2) view from the window - to the abandoned interior courtyard 3) asked for a twin-dai number, But the beds are standing in a pinch, it's good that 2 blankets have been put Thanks Elnuru 4) I consider it huge to his cock-a-no reaction that the tourist has birthday. I wrote when booking, I said at the hotel, But I didn't hear I was confronted with not hospitality 5) for breakfast of the sweets, the smell of oil all over the hotel Room with tables close plates with cuts under the film, not very convenient every time it is removed, but maybe it is the hygiene rules. Порадовало, как бережно сохранили историю спортивного общества «Динамо» в интерьере отеля: лепнина и рисунки на спортивную тематику, скульптуры спортсменов, спортивные исторические элементы. При этом сам отель дизайнерски оформлен, очень красиво и стильно. Наш номер был в синих тонах. Номер просторный, шикарная кровать и постельное. Качественная дизайнерская мебель,великолепное освещение. Электрораздвижение штор. Ванная комната огромная, на 2 раковины, отдельно туалет и отдельно душевая. Халаты и полотенца отличного качества. Огромный телевизор, кофемашина, чайник и чайные принадлежности. Красивые чайные пары. Всегда пополняемая вода. Завтраки великолепны! Все свежее и красиво оформленное. Посуда очень красивая, сплошная эстетика!Заказать можно омлет, авокадо тост, яйца бенедикт, яичницу- это все очень вкусно. Бокал шампанского и профитроль с черной икрой- прекрасное начало дня! Хороший бассейн с джакузи и стильными подогреваемыми лежаками, сауна. Есть спа с массажем и программами. Небольшой тренажерный зал. Персонал: неоднозначное впечатление. Какое- то безучастие и равнодушие к гостям. Никогда не спросят: как отдыхается, все ли хорошо? Швейцар Азиз очень доброжелательный человек, все подскажет- поможет. И молодой человек на завтраке ( без бейджа и имени не знаем) улыбчивый и доброжелательный. Местоположение отеля очень хорошее, несколько минут и- набережная. Минут 10 и пешеходная улица Низами. Практически везде ходили пешком. Теперь о минусах. Главный минус: уборка!!!! Качество хромает. Два дня не мыли туалет( унитаз, пол, кнопки смыва). Подразумеваю, что и полы в душевой тоже не мылись, слив не работал, всегда вода по щиколотку. Неприятно. Так же в раковинах слив плохо работал и сами раковины плохо промыты были. Причем, когда я сделала замечание по поводу неуборки туалета менеджеру по уборке, она не извинилась, не удивилась, просто сказала: ладно, помоем. Стены в комнате забрызганы желтыми пятнами, балкон не моется, стол черный от копоти дорожной. Шторы сняты с нескольких петель, а тюль рваная. Не всегда докладывали чайные пакетики. И не было бокалов. По нашей просьбе- принесли. Несмотря на минусы, это не испортило общего впечатления от отеля. Прекрасно провели мини- отпуск. А Баку- великолепен!

It's a great place. Good treatment at check-in. Although there were minor delays in the food, the attitude and service were excellent. The hotel price is one of the most ideal among other hotels in the country. I recommend it to those traveling with their families.

The hotel is surrounded by wealthy areas, very safe, the hotel has complete facilities, just bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, and there are many types of breakfast. The overall feeling is worthy of the price. It is not convenient to eat and shop around.

I stayed at a corner suite with incredible view of city and sea. Hotel has several restaurants, bars and a spa. One thing is missing at this hotel which is service level. Im not completely sure if its locals attitude or training but most employees need serious work to match the hotel status. Front Desk in general are the most well trained team, however I went to the main restaurant once and it was horrible from the receptionist to the working team. Another disaster team serves at Bar19. Hostess nor bartender had no clue what screw driver cocktail was and didn’t bother to even google it!!! Bar team seamed completely clueless and lost. Spa receptionist is very unprofessional she just wants you to cancel instead of selling packages! Hotel itself is iconic property but it lacks vibe and class. I hope it will only gets better next time I visit Baku.

I am still in this hotel and expects to check out next day. First thing first, I booked 2 nights and the first room they allocated was 323. Noisy from karaoke or band till 11.30Pm even with soundproofing. The bed, kingsize but on the right side sank and if you were to roll to the left side you will feel it feels higher and also the design of the toilet is atrocious seemingly clean at a glance but look closer. The toilet hanger is so high up only tall people can reach the towels. I feedback and was given another room 325. It was better but cleanliness of toilet is still substandard. Next, I checked out after the 2nd night when I queried if I could stow my luggage in the hotel to stay in Sheki for 1 night. They accepted to store my luggage. The day after, I return to check in again for 1 more night and this is my last night in this country. When I enquired with the reception about my luggage, he went out of the reception went to the lobby corner and pull my luggage. I was horrified to see all these while it was not stowed properly in a store room but pushed at one corner of the hotel lobby out in the open where there is a lot of traffic. When enquired with the staff why is this so, he did not response and looked *****ic at me. When I arrived from Tbilisi I had encountered attempted theft from tbilisi airport and now this. This is too much stress for a holiday. The reason for choosing this hotel is because they are near the old city and they have a lift. Find elsewhere they have no regards for people's property.
