Hotel required deep cleaning and renovation, they are short of Iron, cleaning lady knock door and walk in the room took the iron and iron stand, i work late night till 4am, complain to front desk, they do not care, also there is too much noise in the room, asked to changed it, but room they gave me, one curtain is missing, its hard to sleep with so much day light in the room, I call complain to front desk, they reply they can not do anything, also no other room available, overall very bad experience. its like motel !!!

We are from the Rotary club of Margao Goa India and were on a holiday trip to Baku from 24th to 29th March, total of 29 people 15 rooms. We reached hotel Sapphire on 24th night at around 12 am after allotting our rooms two rooms the flushing cistern was not working after lot of arguments they changed one room other room they sent the plumber in the morning. Health faucets in all rooms are on the left side and can be used only by opening the tap below which splashes water all around. On the last day we are told that in one room water from the toilet has seeped into the living area and is charged penalty of $ 200. When asked for proof they did not have any. In another room they said that the boy of 7 years who was with us urinated on the bed and is charge penalty of $ 500. They were not ready to listen to any of our pleads to at least reduce the penalty and threatened us that they would call the police and we would have to go to the police station. As we had our flight t catch the persons occupying the rooms had to pay the huge amount. This is pure extortion and would never recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows the perfect thickness (I can't stand the over stuffed pillows that make your head lay at a 90 degree angle). The included breakfast had a LOT of options, including gluten free for my mom. The reason I'm only giving it 4 stars in that there was mildew in the bathroom and my parents room wasn't cleaned when we arrived at 11pm. They got an upgrade to a suite...but then they only had one towel in the bathroom. Just little stuff.

We had booked through an agent and airline package, promising us this to be a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately not fit for a 2 star No customer service, no facilities, no amenities, only location is a plus, breakfast so very poor too. Aida is very helpful at breakfast but there is hardly anything to serve. 5 minutes walk to Nizami street, store nearby location central. Hotel not the greatest

I can not have words to explain my disappointment about this terrible hotel. Awful service, a cockroach nightmare and a poor hygiene especially considering the Covid time. - "What else to desire from a "5*" hotel?!" Don't make my mistake of turning your stay into a a real struggle. I had to cancel my stay in the middle of night, - lost of money and patience; will never forget the unnecessary hassle this hotel caused me. The only good thing was location- near the center but considering that there are some other way much better hotels in regards with hygiene and professionalism. During the stay I had a chance to talk to some other Guests; their dissatisfaction were to the skies too! Folks, if you are the one valuing your time and nerves, then RUN!

The hotel's location itself is a huge selling point for tourists but the quality of services provided were also excellent. The staff was extremely cooperative, specially Samir, Nicat & Kamil. Whereas the breakfast lady, Aidah, was also the sweetest person I have ever come across, she is extremely passionate about her job, which is reflective in the manner she serves you your meal; always with a bright smile on her face. I would definitely choose Sapphire, if I am to ever visit Baku again.

It is close to city center Nazimi Street and rooms are decent in size. We went in November 2021, so felt pandemic impact on hotel which appeared short staffed. Over the weekend, the restaurant downstairs had loud music on till 11.30 pm. We could hear the music and beats. Not ideal for hotel claiming 5 star rating. Breakfast spread was limited. Overall, consider staying if you are a budget traveler. Things may change after pandemic on a better side.

Ничего из заявленного в этом отеле нет. Нет завтрака, нет модного лобби-бара с блюдами азербайджанской кухни. Мебель в номерах очень старая с жуткими пятнами. На подушках не было наволочек. Полотенце одно на двоих и то оказалось с кровавыми пятнами. Атмосфера в отеле как в фильме ужасов. Обои на стенах отклеенные.

Хорошее расположение в самом центре города. Достаточно не плохое обслуживание. Хотелось бы отметить Аиду из ресторана, профессионально и с душой. Завтрак не навязчивый но достаточно хороший Обязательно будем рекомендовать посетить эту гостиницу
