Cool hotel in a great location, decor is a little tired and the restaurant looked closed not sure if it is due to being a quiet time. Staff couldn’t speak English but it wasn’t an issue, pool was lovely and cool with a great view. Bedroom was clean and comfortable.

We spent the night there for my birthday! It was as beautiful as the pictures , marvelous experience. Good quality speakers and projector for movie night. Everything was so conducive. The service was the best! Staff were very attentive and responsive for our needs. One of the staff 静静was liaising with me directly, she was excellent in ensuring that we got what we needed; and even planned a surprise for my birthday 🙈 she was highly responsive and helped us put our mind at ease and have a comfortable and fruitful stay here :) Overall very very impressed with this place and would highly recommend to experience this at least once! For the price, will definitely would like to return back to this place.

1) Great location with easy access to everywhere. 2) High floor with excellent view. 3) Friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out process is very smooth and convenient. 4) Comfy room with extra soft bed. 5) Room is similar as illustrated from the photos. Overall the experience is very great and worth its price.

The hotel is not perfect but it's good enough for the price you pay for this hotel. Pros : - size of the room is big and comfortable, even with a big luggage open up on the floor. - comfortable and big king size bed. - clean - basic amenities provided : toothbrush, comb, shaver, soap & shampoo. - location is great. Lotsa eateries and shopping around. It's near train station. - calling front desk from phone does not work. But the reception did ask to add wechat when check in. They were very responsive if you requested things from them there. - free tea & water bottle in lobby. - washing machine with a dryer at the lobby floor is useful, though the laundry area could be cleaner. - I think they upgraded my room with a bathtub, which I appreciate, even though they did not mention it to me during check in. Cons : - room is not soundproof. You can clearly hear the sound from next room & outside (vehicle honk and stret vendor sound). It can be until very late at night (12am) and starts as early as 7am. I've read review about this so I prepared ear plug as I'm sensitive to sound. The Sound is acceptable with earplug on. So I suggest hotel to provide earplug in room for guest in future. - room have no smell but you can smell cigarettes smell near the entrance door or in toilet as people smoke in lobby or room. - long wait for lift during peak hours but it's still acceptable as it won't be more than 5 mins.

Wow, what can I say !an excellent hotel relaxing with spa and hot spring, very satisfied about the hotel and their excellent services , staff desk Bill,Bob, Daniel and Asher were very helpful, professional and good manner ,my gratitude to them ...,Bill was very kind and he upgraded our room to villa, cant ask for more !. breakfast was Awsome and delicious, I have been in so many hotel with my wife in China, so far this is the Best of Best 👌 deserve more than 5 star, we came to this hotel to celebrate our 1st year marriage Anniversary and we enjoyed it very much ...Thanks All

Hotel located 10 mins away from jiefangbei, so a little quiet & peaceful compare to those tourist spot. There was a mall right infront of the hotel too, well It was an excellence stay, very nice decorated, grand looking & u smell the special odour everywhere make u feel relax. special thank to linxue from front desk, and Mandy with Lisa from the executive lounge. Everyone says regent was one of the ceiling of luxury hotel, I’d gave it a try and it definitely worth ur money. From bellboy to kitchen even breakfast time, everyone pay attention at ur appearance. The front desk even allowed me to extend my check out until 230pm. Special thank to her I’ve got a box of souvenir from regent too. It is a little pricey but definitely worth be their loyal member or guest. Will be bk next time! I’m putting this review not to get any lucky draw award, simply share my true feeling

Hotel is conveniently located in Jiefangbei, close to most tourist attractions. Free drinks and snacks at reception area. Room has nice views, we were able to watch ballons ascending on New Years Eve. Bed was super comfortable and sheets were soft. Our 管家小赵 was very attentive and responds to requests within a minute or two. They also provide free laundry service, which is an amazing deal! I asked to have my laundry delivered to my room as I was entering the elevator and it was already there when I arrived. Truly amazed with their hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made it incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the incredible staff. Every team member we interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Their outstanding service made our stay feel extra special. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect except for the disposable towels, which weren’t quite to my preference. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It would be great if a mini fridge could be provided in the future. Overall, the stay was excellent.
