Glenview ITC PLAZA Chongqing

Great hotel ,very well maintained , location clise to jie fang bei , Staff very helfull , house keeping /maintence is so helpful , i have problem with my luggage wheels , they come and fixed it that made me so helped , thank you again for the great support to guest .

There are lots of food variety near the hotel. There is a local market selling fruits, vegetables and meat. This is a five star hotel, deco, location and staffs are really up to mark.

Great Location. Spacious Room with City View. Very clean and comfortable and non-smoking. Good spread of breakfast.

Can tell is an up scale hotel from the moment you step into the hotel. We stay in at the new renovated room which was very spacious. but unfortunately, the air-conditioning was pre-set to a certain temperature (Think was 24°c) which we both think was a little too hot. Maybe due to the sun heating up the room. It actually stay hot until we were back during the night time. Staff were very help to offer a standing electric fan in the room for our stay.

I m a first time traveller to Chongqing and I stayed four nights in Glenview Hotel The room is spacious and clean. The location of Glenview Hotel is excellent and it's just few minutes walk to the metro station and the must go places near Liberation Square. Super convenient.The service of the hotel is excellent and I am so impressed by the human touch approach. I received a warm handwritten notes from the hotel on Women Day! Plus,I accidentally slipped down in the bathroom and my hand is a bit swollen and blue. Even tough it is not serious, the staff of the hotel took good care of me.Highly recommended

One of the best hotel I stayed, very clean, everyone is smiley, great services. Very good value for the price. Just one thing the hotel water might not work sometimes when there’re too many ppl showering at the same time, you might wanna avoid the peak hours for shower. Other than that perfect hotel, I would 100% stay here again if I ever come back to Chongqing.

Stayed 4 nights. We got upgraded to 40 th floor, like an apartment with the room upstairs , got a living room, balcony, kitchen and washing machine, etc. Breakfast ok. Friendly staff especially Miss Flora at the reception. Well located and all the nearby popular attractions can be reached by foot. In Chongqing you can see everywhere eateries , hotpot restaurants and food streets.

Superb place. Large rooms, conveniently located in the city center, within walking distance from the metro station. Staff trying their best even with a certain language barrier but always found a way to communicate and they arranged a day tour for us with good follow ups. Would definitely stay again

Thank you for the staff for making first trip to Chong Qing memorable. The location is definitely perfect for small families. Many restaurants and mall around. I love that the gym, locker rooms, and swimming pool are all clean and well maintained.
