Superb!! I really enjoy our stay here. I did a lot of research and read all the reviews good and bad before I decided to booked this hotel and I did not regret it at all. The room was so nice and it's the same as it show in hotel pictures and the view from our room is really amazing!! Location is very convenient and easy access to all the attractions. The tour agent at the lobby area also give a good suggest and reasonable price. What I love the most is the service here. The receptions and the other staff are very helpful and promptly dealt with our concern. They are very polite and very professional and will do their best to make our stay feel like home. They really play big part of my good impression and I will definitely come back to stay here next time I'm in Chongqing. Thanks for the upgrade and the excellent hospitality! Best Regards,

The hotel environment and service are really good. It feels better than many five-star hotels. But from my personal experience, I feel that the hotel is a little too arrogant because of its unique environment and service. For example, children over 9 years old must pay 600 yuan. I dare to ask who doesn't have two children during the holidays. They all went. We had to pay the money obediently. The extra bed felt worse than other hotels. It was loud. It was hard and really not worth 600 yuan. It was very quiet at night, but I was woken up by the sound of the electric current of the radiator in the bathroom in the middle of the night. I don't know if this is a good experience or a bad one.

Had a lovely 6-nights stay at the hotel, which was at a very strategic location in the heart of the city. Also, the hotel provided delicious noodle options for the daily complimentary breakfast, which could be redeemed at any point of the day. Hotel staff were generally pleasant and we would like to give a special shoutout to the front desk staff No 3, who went all out to help us hail a cab as we had trouble getting one on that Friday night due to the huge crowd and road closure on golden week. Very appreciative of her actions! thank you once again. Would return to this hotel if we visit Chongqing again!

Definitely worth the price, and location is great! Checking in was smooth even for us foreigners, which isn't always the case. Just note that the building has a lot of hotels and the name of this hotel is written as ”Syah Hotel” downstairs - might take a while to find unless you know what you're looking for. The reception is on the 24th floor. The building itself is not super luxurious, and also a bit of wear and tear visible in the room, but overall nothing to complain about. Would recommend, if you want a reasonably priced and relatively good quality hotel in the middle of the city.

To carry on my story, for the second night we stayed in the skyline view. Which both me and my bother heard people speaking when there was no one home and when everyone was asleep already at different point of time. To add on he had his nose bleeding again on the second night stay as well. I was hopping that it's just coincidence. But too many things tgt I honestly don't think there's such coincidence. Which we ended up deciding to cancel our last day stay and move to another hotel. That's all I have to say. Like I mention. It's our experience. Is on yourself to see if u believe things like this like us or not.

It's pretty good. The boss is cute and enthusiastic. He also organizes activities. Unfortunately, he's a bit shy and doesn't participate much, but I envy the atmosphere of the youth hostel. I like the public space very much, and I also like the wine prepared by the boss. I will come here again next time I come to Chongqing, haha. I hope I can open up a little more and make more friends.

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, comfortable mattress, and light smart toilet. The hotel is very considerate and changed the room with window, which was a pleasant surprise (see pictures). The location is excellent, and it is very convenient to travel. There is also a Nicesoe M hotel but Nicesoe S is housed within Nicesoe M. Both room and bathroom are extremely large and spacious. It’s clean and well maintained, near to a walking street with all the food that i absolutely love. I most enjoyed the grilled oysters and the cool sweet dessert jelly.
