During our trip to Chong Qing, we stayed at this hotel twice. This was our second stay after a short getaway from Chongqing because of the great impression it left on us during our previous stay. This time, we stayed on the 17th floor but encountered a few minor issues. The air conditioning was unavailable due to maintenance, and one of the fridges was not working. The staff quickly offered a fan, which helped as the weather was warmer than expected. Although we would have appreciated if they told us earlier and not wait for us to find out on our own. Additionally, despite having four guests, only three sets of towels and water were provided daily, requiring reminders. That said, the staff were friendly and quick to respond on WeChat to our messages, which we appreciated. The hotel’s excellent location, close to Bayi Street with a noodle shop conveniently below, made our stay enjoyable despite the hiccups. We would still recommend it for its service and convenience.

Exceptional hotel in remarkable location with private valley walk across the river. Beautifully designed and appointed rooms, stunning landscaping, amazing yet healthy breakfast with quality sourced vegetables and produce. Very attractive location on river. Nice public rooms / sitting area for calming tea on arrival . Or energising coffee … Attentive highly professional staff. Quiet and tranquil. A special place (yet it is expensive) but it is worth it for a very special stay. A place you can truly relax for a day or so.

The basic configuration for traveling now is Hampton. This is the smallest Hampton I have ever stayed in. However, although it is small, it has everything. Hampton's unified decoration style and equipment configuration provide good protection. It is suitable for business trips and couples traveling. If you bring a baby, you can't add a bed! The breakfast is also very good, and the wonton is worth a try. The location is good. Guanyin Bridge is within walking distance. There are many restaurants along the way. It is just the right distance to walk back after eating. Service: Very good, responsive. I booked a room with a covered exterior wall, and the front desk was very warm to upgrade the floor for us. The flight was in the evening of the next day, and the check-out time was extended the day before yesterday. I had read the bad reviews before booking the room, and I would have some concerns about this stay, but those problems did not happen: the front desk took the initiative to say hello, and a kid named Ma recommended food for us. There are more than a dozen steps in front of the lobby, and a simple elevator is also installed. There are no bugs in the room that I am afraid of, which shows that the hotel has carefully read the reviews and is indeed constantly improving. Of course, there are still some shortcomings, such as no removable screen, the earplugs at the head of the bed can be marked whether they are disposable, and the hot water for the shower comes out slowly, and it is a bit cold at the beginning. I hope these problems can be improved!

The location of the hotel is very near to Metro Line 2 and you can walk to Hongya cave. Opposite the hotel is Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. Lots of eateries all around. The hotel room is very clean and modern, equipped with smart Toto toilet with bidet. I like the Laifan hair dryer. Room is also well lit. You can go to 14th Floor to view the city of Chonging. The receptionist are very helpful and full of smiles, especially staff no 4, (sorry, I can’t read her Chinese name). Recommended for your stay😃

Location is superb as it’s just next to Hongya dong entrance. but it could be also a disadvantage whereby it’s not convenient as a boarding/alighting point due to its location, anyway still not a big issue for car hailing service, just don’t expect there’s a designated waiting area for proper boarding/alighting. Room wise a bit disappointed cause booked non smoking room but the whole room is full of cigarette smell, this is an unpleasant experience. Bed is good to sleep, oya there’s no fridge in the room, not sure about other room type you may want to check out first if you hope can put some cold drinks during summer time. Service is good, staff are polite and helpful too.

Outstanding overall! Great location, newly renovated room, and excellent services. Strongly recommended. Will stay at this same hotel next time.

The hotel location is extremely convenient for few attractions by walking distance and a Metro station Line 1 just across the road . A big shopping mall just 5 minutes walking distance. It also provided free laundry at 14th floor. I will definitely re-book this hotel in my next trip. The staff Miss Xiao Yang （小杨) was very helpful guided me direction to few attractions by walking distance. Breakfast was great

I have been to Chongqing several times and stayed near Jiefangbei. This time I chose Nanping Atour Hotel. The location is easy to find, the transportation is very convenient, the surrounding area is very lively, and there are many hot pot restaurants, especially Yu Dashi, which is very close. The hotel service is very good. As soon as I entered the door, the front desk clerk handed me a cup of tea, which was very enthusiastic. During the stay, there was an exclusive WeChat butler. If you have any needs, call the front desk or say it in the WeChat group, and they can help you solve it quickly. It's great. The room is very clean and the facilities are complete. The breakfast variety is very rich. I will choose here next time.

The hot spring hotel has an elegant environment and considerate service. Xiao Tang is warm and friendly, making people feel at home. The hot spring water is of excellent quality and the bath is clean and hygienic. The restaurant tastes good and has a rich variety. The overall experience is very satisfactory and highly recommended!

It was a full surprise to find this hotel on the Internet. The old four-star hotel can be said to be Lushan, and even add Chongqing, one of the most cost-effective hotels, maybe because it is not in the main city, or it is old, but it is recommended!
