O serviço fornecido pelas moças da recepção, Xiao Zhu e Xiao Zhang, foi muito bom. Fizemos o check-in antes das 12 horas e ganhamos um upgrade gratuito para o tipo de quarto audiovisual. Também havia um projetor no quarto. O check-in também foi rápido. O quarto era limpo e higiênico, com janelas e era muito transparente. Havia saquinhos de chá e café no quarto, todos gratuitos. O café da manhã do hotel também é bom, com uma grande variedade de buffets chineses e ocidentais. No geral muito satisfeito

O quarto é limpos, principalmente com um BOM Efeito de ar condicionado, o pequeno-almoço é Rico EM cores, você Pode fazer nozes e mãos de mesa sozinho, gosto BOM, outras instalações estão completas, com UMA faca de mesa, é Mais amigável para OS homens.

Due to a last-minute flight change, I had to stay overnight in Chengdu. After looking around, this hotel was the best choice. It's right next to Chengdu South Railway Station, and literally across the street from Metro Line 18's exit, which is incredibly convenient. Getting to and from the airport was a breeze, and it's not far to get into the city center either. Although the hotel isn't brand new, it's very clean and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. It really is an excellent choice.

this hotel isn't actually very close to a metro, but if you cycle it is just like 4 minutes away. hotel is very close to fanchao street which is a very hip walking district. during the day there's hip shops and cafe, and at night it turns into a nice food street with many live band bars, and I was able to hear a few very good singers. The room is just what the pictures has depicted, they are very hip interior design pieces. if I had to stay for a prolong period for a work trip, this would have been a perfect room layout. I would definitely stay here again if I want to be close to fanchao and yulin road. while the main yulin and fanchao street are typically very busy with cars, the many side streets that circles around it are actually traffic light, making it an excellent place to explore on bike. there's even a hipster night market in fanchao side street on the weekends.

Very good location. Just in front of Chengdu railway station exit . You can go airport in only 2 stops from there..big rooms, nice swimming pool..good hotel. Rooms are big and there are 3 big shopping mall walking distance and full of restaurants

Posso ser tendencioso, mas não foi uma ótima estadia para minha família. Vou relatar os fatos abaixo para que o leitor decida. - Vários itens quebrados no quarto, incluindo, entre outros... as prateleiras da sapateira estavam quebradas, a maçaneta da janela da sala estava quebrada, impossibilitando a entrada de ar frio, o vaso sanitário inteiro estava solto, o sofá e o chão não estavam limpos. - Relatamos alguns problemas ao proprietário e ele quis enviar alguém para consertar a maçaneta da janela quebrada... mas não teríamos tempo, como turistas, para esperar. - Durante toda a estadia (5 noites), não houve serviço de limpeza nem troca de toalhas. Perguntamos à tia e o proprietário também informou que haverá serviço de limpeza. - A lixeira estava cheia e o chão estava sujo, e o proprietário nos disse que a tia se esqueceu de limpar. - Felizmente, o proprietário foi atencioso quando solicitamos toalhas e comodidades novas (por exemplo, água). - O quarto não parece recém-reformado, novo ou limpo. Muito desgastado e usado... - A localização e a área são boas - O chuveiro usa um tanque de água, então racione a água se houver muitas pessoas hospedadas - Observe que o condomínio não permite entrega de comida na unidade; você precisa descer para buscá-la - Há 2 lojas de conveniência e 1 barraca de frutas no térreo P.S.: o sofá estava muito sujo...

Nossa viagem de 7 dias a Chengdu terminou perfeitamente neste hotel Orange. A recepcionista gentilmente nos ofereceu um upgrade de quarto no momento do check-in, e foi o quarto mais confortável em que nos hospedamos recentemente. Adoramos as janelas atrás da TV e na lateral do quarto. O café coado na hora também foi uma novidade para nós em um hotel. O hotel fica perto da Estação Ferroviária Sul e há um shopping JD recém-inaugurado nas proximidades. O café da manhã também foi excelente. Se eu tivesse que dar alguma sugestão de melhoria, seria em relação à limpeza. Não tenho certeza se as manchas nas toalhas foram causadas por mim, mas se foram, eu as removerei; se não, me esforçarei para melhorar.

Big old hotel but I liked it as it wasnt. Convenient location right in the river. Especially good for a bike ride or long walk. Area is very safe as is all of chengdu. I would stay again. I enjoyed the robot butler service

I stayed only for some hours to rest after a night flight and I found the hotel to be quite good, the bedroom was really big and the bed comfortable, the shower was nice and overall I found this stay to be great, specially for the price and quality

這次入住亞朵酒店的整體體驗非常好，我們全家都非常滿意。 首先要特別感謝酒店的服務。入住期間，我們提出的服務請求幾乎都能及時得到迴應和滿足，整體服務體驗讓人感覺很貼心、很有温度。我們是國際航班早班飛機到達的，本來以為衹能寄存行李，沒想到前台非常周到，直接在早上九點就幫我們安排了入住，這對帶着家人出行來説真的非常方便，也省去了很多折騰。 房間的床墊和枕頭非常舒服，睡眠質量很好，再加上房間整體比較安靜，讓人可以真正放鬆下來。我們也很喜歡亞朵的燈光和開關設計，晚上睡前一鍵關燈、夜裡起夜時的燈光控制都非常人性化，用起來很順手。 浴室的淋浴噴頭水壓充足，洗澡體驗也很加分。 早餐同樣讓人驚喜，小米粥、豆腐腦、果汁和水果都很新鮮可口，吃得很舒服，也很符合我們的口味。 當然，也有一些小地方可以改進： 房間整體稍微偏小，尤其是打開浴室門後過道會顯得有些狹窄； 房間裏偶爾能聞到非常輕微的煙味，應該是通過通風系統傳來的，我太太基本聞不到，但我對氣味比較敏感，能察覺到一點； 酒店沒有為小朋友準備小凳子，孩子洗手、洗臉時會稍微不太方便。 總體來説，這仍然是一次非常棒的住宿體驗，無論是服務、睡眠質量還是整體細節，都讓人感到用心。今後無論是家庭出行還是個人旅行，我們都會優先選擇亞朵酒店。
