The staff in reception is not so friendly the food is not like a 5 star hotel the most of the menu is frozen except the grill that they cook the meat the same time. They don’t have many rackets for the ping pong only 2. The list of the free cocktails for the all inclusive program is so limited and for the classic cocktails is extra charge.The bars and the restaurants is open until 23:00 after that only ghosts is outside. The heated pool is not so hot. The jacuzzi on the spa is not working. The only good thing is the rooms is very big very clean with nice views includes a kitchen fridge A/C and spurs and spoons and they gave us and an upgrade to a loft room.

Recentemente tive o prazer de me hospedar em um hotel excepcional e não posso elogiá-lo o suficiente. A partir do momento em que entrei no lobby, fui recebido com sorrisos calorosos e uma atmosfera acolhedora.
A equipe do hotel fez de tudo para garantir que minha estadia fosse perfeita. Eles foram atenciosos, amigáveis e sempre prontos para ajudar com qualquer solicitação ou consulta. Seu profissionalismo e cuidado genuíno com seus hóspedes realmente se destacaram.
O quarto em que fiquei era imaculado e lindamente projetado. Era evidente que grande atenção aos detalhes foi dada a todos os aspectos do quarto, desde a cama confortável até os luxuosos produtos de banho. A limpeza e o conforto do quarto fizeram com que parecesse um lar longe de casa.
As instalações do hotel eram igualmente impressionantes. A academia estava bem equipada e mantida, permitindo-me continuar minha rotina de exercícios durante a minha estadia. Really enjoyed our stay. Food and facilities were fantastic and staff very attentive. Bit noisy with the building work next door but more than made up for by the pools and the beach

Lovely family holiday, food selection was good, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent the only area that could be improved is the grass around the pool, maybe more paving instead of grass which can get a big muddy. Lots of available sun beds both round the pool and near beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a very relaxing holiday.

Hotel in need of FULL Renovation inside and out. Hotel in the middle of no where. No beach as stated. Anything decent is old chania 25 minutes by taxi and 25 euros each way. Hotel does not provide any transportation but has hotel van. Food is mediocre and same every day. If weather bad all ferries cancelled and excursions roughly 2 hours away. All terrain vehicles needed for any cliff beaches. I give this place 2 starts and not anything higher.

Nice beach, clean see, excellent swimming pools for kids, great animation team our children are still dreaming of that. Beach bar very well orgainsed. Food is really very good. Only negative points: daily cleaning service of the rooms to be improved. Wild cats running arount at the restaurant are not pleasant
