幾乎沒啥體驗可言，前台那叫一個一言難盡，門的安全扣是壞的，智能控制音箱是壞的，小茶几是爛的，地板很臟很臟。也沒有免費停車。

前台就倆人 感覺根本忙不過來 12點到了 被告知一點半後才能入住 嚴重懷疑酒店人手不夠 酒店無大廳 整個非常亂 到客房樓道衹有一個大爺一個大媽在收拾房間 過道的地毯全是油漬污漬 入住房間照片全部拍照提供了 大家自己看 房間臟亂差 身上癢 給酒店投訴 酒店給換了件湊活能住的房子 但是還要加一百元 首先房間臟又不是我們造成的 給顧客提供不了服務 換房型還要收費是什麼邏輯？反正就是很差 這房子別説三百多了 就是一百我都不想住

攜程老客户十幾年了，這個酒店是我十幾年在攜程訂房體驗最差的一個稀巴爛的酒店，房間內臭氣熏天，地毯都是水小黑蟲滿房間飛，要求酒店換房回覆不換也不退，你可以不住房費是不給退，態度蠻橫無理，希望各位驢友訂房時多看看評價，千萬不要在上當訂這個爛酒店了， 我的教訓是當時訂房匆忙沒看評論知錯了

裏面的人魚龍混雜，感覺很亂，外賣不能送上來，晚上又不敢下去，害我外賣都沒要了，睡了一個晚上身上臉上都過敏了，床單被套太臟了，建議大家慎重考慮

我見過最稀爛的酒店沒有之一！！下水的聲音吵到不行 關鍵房裡到處都是小強！！牆全都是縫 還有蟑螂窩敢信！？簡直太噁心了！！求大家都別去！！臟到懷疑人生 半夜幾個人連忙打包跑了 房費不退 服務態度差 還讓自己用紙塞住蟑螂窩 無語到家！！
設施也破舊的要死 花灑漏水 毛巾拉絲 反正沒有一個好的 貼錢都不住的位置！🤢🤢🤢

酒店就在IFS旁邊，很好找，樓下就是一盞燈，酒店房間乾淨，價格也算合理，我之前和朋友來長沙玩都是入住另一個酒店的，但是現在越來越貴了，所以考慮換了這家，入住體驗還不錯，下次來玩還會訂這家酒店👌🏻

環境很差，不像360塊錢的酒店，地趟很臟，空調有兩個，但是是壞的，誰在床上和蒸桑拿一樣，總之第一次來長沙，住宿真的好差好差好差……而且鎖🔒還是壞的，我們還得老公沙發來堵着門

從未懶得評價，但這次一定要寫一下，這是我住的最糟心的酒店。地理位置可以，但是隔音特別差，房間一晚上的嘩嘩的水聲，一整晚，給前台打了七八個電話，前台小哥態度可以，給出的回覆是聯繫過物業，但是還是沒有解決。出來旅遊的，一整晚沒有睡着，真的差評
