First of all, I would like to commend every colleague who has served me at this hotel. Each and every one of them has genuinely provided exceptional service to the customers, ensuring that I had three comfortable nights both physically and mentally.
Lastly, the hotel facilities were excellent. For future visits, I suggest providing bathtub liners. The location is actually very convenient, right by Exit 1 of Meixi Lake West Station on Line 2. As soon as you reach the surface, turn right (there is currently a construction site), and it's just a 3-minute walk. When you step out of the hotel on the ground floor and turn right, there is a FamilyMart convenience store across the street. Line 2 can take you to all the major attractions in the city center. It's perfect!

環境：周邊是梅溪湖畔，幽靜，不過商業配套目前很少，地鐵距離100米，非常方便。
衞生：很好，設施齊全，設計新穎。
設施：健身房，泳池都很不錯，房間的燈也很智能，唯一缺點是化粧鏡子不好用。早餐選擇不算特別多，西餐的質量有待提高。
服務：非常好，前台熱情，最後一天延遲退房順利，因為沒到高鐵時間在大堂坐還給我送了咖啡，服務熱情主動，一樓的接待人員熱情，每天主動問好。
迷你吧暢飲:很好，因為入住3天，有小朋友，工作人員還給補充了零食，女兒👧🏻很開心。
整體是非常用心的酒店，推薦。

設施：酒店一樓和大廳裝修別具一格，客房樓梯和大堂樓底是分開乘坐的，但房間內整體設計一般，室內隱藏門是一個亮點；電吹風使用的是戴森，但洗沐日用品品牌和使用效果一般；垃圾桶沒套塑料袋，是沒套還有忘記套了呢；桌子太矮了，不適合辦公，可能設計時並未考慮辦公。
衞生：乾淨整潔，整體舒適。
環境：大樓對面就是梅溪湖，適合欣賞景觀和休閑遊覽，周邊有梅溪湖藝術中心、各檔次酒店以及寫字樓因此整個空間公共屬性較強，形成了湖景與酒店互融共生的畫面，可體驗 “湖光秋月兩相和，潭面無風鏡未磨”之意境。
服務：前台小姐姐熱情接待，服務周到；可是前台小姐姐和客人所站位置均為配備椅子，如果站在前台辦理入住手續的時間過長，碰到心急、心情煩躁的顧客，這種問題就會凸顯；早餐品種豐富，中餐、西餐一應俱全，如減脂餐、沙拉、麪食、水果、膨化食品、飲料等。

酒店很新，裝橫用料講究，智能化感應窗簾很高檔次，住落很舒適，前台是在23樓的，座向湖景風景十分秀麗，後悔沒有租湖景房，也很感謝酒店升級了房型，從酒店樓下到23樓check in，再到18摟房間，服務週到，退房時房卡還送給留念，22樓的泳池值得一讚，泳池底可直看到地下，非常捧，早餐方面服務也很好，座位寬鬆，安排了位後還主動送上咖啡，酒店位置很好，樓下100米就是地鐵2號線總站，到橘子洲，五一廣場20-25分鐘可到，酒店附近也有很多打卡點，城市島就在旁，中國結橋（紅橋），梅瀾坊商業街搭地鐵一個站到，這裡食市酒吧林立，搭2個站可到文化中心，這裡有大型超市沃爾瑪，晚上七點湖邊有音樂噴泉觀賞，氣氛十足，如不搭地鐵還可選擇共享單車沿湖邊單車徑走，另有一番樂趣。

酒店環境不錯，入住了兩晚，湖景房風景優美，入住會提前聯繫詢問喜好，得知入住當天是我的生日，前台小姐姐很貼心的為我準備了房間的生日佈置和生日蛋糕，入住期間服務人員都很熱情，住得非常滿意，也非常感謝FARIAS小姐姐準備的生日驚喜，下次有機會還會選擇這家酒店
