TThang Viet NguyenThe room is well-designed with high-quality materials and features such as electronic curtains and heated toilet. But what really stands out even more is the quality of service. The staff were helpful even though I did not speak Chinese. Communication is mostly done through Wechat. Management frequently checks with guests to make sure everything is alright. Even when the robot is too busy to make delivery to your room, the staff is willing in its place. I can see why this hotel deserves its excellent rating.

Ele e a esposa frequentemente se sentavam comigo e me ofereciam um chá delicioso. Ele me deu várias dicas úteis para viajantes estrangeiros e estava sempre à disposição para responder às minhas perguntas. Na verdade, foi a experiência mais acolhedora que tive em um hotel em Changsha. Gostei tanto que decidi ficar mais alguns dias e ele me fez um ótimo preço. The front desk of the hotel was also very good and the service was thoughtful and attentive. They also upgraded the room type for free. There were also free snacks at the front desk. Parking was also convenient. The venue is large and the rooms are clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time.

The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where.
The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it.
On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out.
Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy!
Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight.
All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

UUsuário convidadoA huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there.
The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and they’ll lead you there.
The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station.
Everything about the hotel experience was great.

UUsuário convidadoAirport pick up is provided despite arriving early in the morning at about 1am. The location is very good with hawker food and cafes just next to the hotel. Subway station is just a short walk away, so it is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist when required.

Service: The staff at Shadian are very nice and the service is enthusiastic.
Facilities: Complete facilities. There are three vending machines in the lobby on the first floor. It is very convenient to buy things.
Hygiene: Hygiene is very clean
Parking here is very convenient. The sister at the front desk said that you can park for free when you check in, which is great. The breakfast tastes also very good. It must be praised.
