Whiersly Hotel Changsha xian ★★★★★

📍 No. 88 Panpan Road, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Condado de Changsha

"The front desk upgraded our room for free when they saw I was with a baby. The room was very clean, and there was a welcome fruit platter upon arrival. A little while later, they even brought two yogurts specifically for the kids. In the morning, before our flight, the front desk helped us with our luggage, and the airport transfer driver was also very enthusiastic. He waited an extra five minutes without any impatience since my baby eats slowly. On the way, when I mentioned I was tired, he immediately turned on the backseat massage function and even gave us a souvenir. It was a very satisfying stay."

"The lady at the hotel's front desk had excellent service, and the hotel environment was also fantastic. The service was warm and welcoming, clearly very well-trained. I particularly liked the hotel's grand facilities; the lobby was brightly lit upon entering, and everything was very clean. Songya Lake is just downstairs, perfect for a leisurely walk with beautiful and very comfortable scenery. I really enjoyed it. The breakfast at the hotel's front desk was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, which I loved. I highly recommend staying here. There's also a Chuan Xiaobai BBQ downstairs which was incredibly tasty – I really liked it!"

"The room had a washing machine but no laundry detergent; it was just for show. It was a duplex, but the second floor was empty, giving it a creepy feel. The doors inside looked like they could hide someone. The shower water pressure was weak and lacked impact. There wasn't enough toothpaste; I couldn't use it twice a day. The bedsheets had holes in them."

"A huge thank you to Lily! She reached out even before check-in to ask about my needs, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was spotless, and the twin beds were a generous 1.35m each. The sofa between them provided a nice sense of privacy. The service was truly excellent; our butler added us on WeChat and had the room ready in advance. My child absolutely loved the welcome bear! The recommended breakfast noodles were delicious too. We'll definitely be back for another stay!"
