Always stay in this hotel, very good location and convenient. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Also a lot of convenience stores nearby

Bathroom shower handle broken. Despite asking form non smoking room, still got smoking room. Morning breakfast is not ready on time. Not expecting this from Sheraton.

Location is great and staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious. Lighting in the rooms is quite dim, however, and they took awhile to cool down in the heat. Also found some rubbish in the corner of one room when we first settled in — housekeeping was otherwise good. If you get breakfast included it’s ok but otherwise skip it — food in the “hot” section was often cold and there wasn’t much variety from day to day. Nevertheless, the overall stay is good value for money and the location is convenient so would definitely stay again.

商務出行首選！通勤方便，有地下免費停車場，對於道路停車收費的常德，非常好。酒店周邊有新佳宜，胖姨螺螄粉，壹德壹，炒菜店，走路去常德步行街三五分鐘，非常近。房間寬敞，乾淨整潔，網絡速度快且穩定。床鋪也很舒服，房間裏還有可以煮茶，手沖咖啡，有冰箱，有送冰鎮飲料。酒店有自助早餐，中西都有，很好吃！前台服務熱情周到，還幫忙升級房間，性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這裏！

帶爸爸重回50年前當兵的地方尋找遺失的記憶。到酒店已是晚上，餐廳的服務員非常熱情地給我們推薦了適合長者吃的飯菜，得知我們尋找146師舊址，酒店董事長親自為我們指路，並聯繫了當地的軍墾博物館，才讓此行充滿收穫與感動！我到過很多城市旅遊，從來沒有像今天這般感受到了這座城市的温暖，讓千里尋跡畫上圓滿句號。酒店很乾凈，前台小妹妹漂亮温柔有愛，飯菜早餐很可口……我想出門在外重要的是讓你感受到那種熱情與温度，下次來還是義無反顧地選擇此酒店。再次謝謝！

房間乾淨整潔，房間都是配備的一次性用品，用着很安心，衞生做得好的，設施也齊全，光線充足，房間通風好，進出也方便，點外賣也很方便，酒店位置不算偏，住了好幾天，阿姨續房衞生也做的很乾凈，住着很安全，前台人都很好，可以免費寄存行李，很推薦哦

這是第二次和家人入住全季酒店了。地理位置好，離兄長所住小區很近。旁邊就有超市和粉餐館，購物與吃牛肉粉都很方便。房間面積較大，就是沙發和靠墊有些劃痕印可能之前誰家小朋友留下的。前台服務員服務熱情，1月5號因行程車票改簽到下午出發，到前台問能否延遲退房到兩點，前台美女yiiu二話不説就幫着辦好了，解決了後顧之憂，非常感謝。還有三樓洗衣房洗衣，我估摸着衣服洗的差不多了準備去取放到烘乾機裏烘乾，等我去一看衣服在烘乾機裏都烘乾了，非常感謝不知名的工作人員哈。下次和家人再來常德還會選擇全季酒店。

Very helpful staff and very sincere in attending to our questions! A nice quiet hotel that’s near to 河街 and overall a very comfortable stay! The staff was very attentive and helped us receive our buys too! They took the extra mile and even provided us with some drinks and snacks after we checked out! 👍👍👍
