We had an amazing stay. My little boy approved. Even after staying 3 days 2 nights, he said, ”I still want to stay at this hotel.” We loved the pool, it's huge and even got a deep area. On mornings, there are kids activities by the poolside. The menu for breakfast varied. Yet I have to note the staff need better coordination during breakfast times when it's full. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and this morning I had to walk around looking for a seat. It's better to make a waiting list if the seats are full so guests don't have to walk around looking for an available seat. Perhaps use walkie talkie between staff at the restaurant reception and another staff taking notes of available seats.

You will be spoilt for choice in the dining room. But best of all, it's the staff of the Park Hyatt. They are just wonderful! They could not do enough for us.

Nice hotel in a good location but long overdue for some renovation, was there years back and no improvement. Had some faulty switches that was built in at the bedside drawer, toilet bowl area has no floor trap for the water to flow towards, glassware was not cleaned properly etc.

We choose Fraser Residence Menteng because of its proximity to my husband's office and feedback received from our friends From Day 1 , Mr.Ahmad Prayoga Ristono (Yoga) has been providing house cleaning services to us. He is highly professional, sensitive and meticulous in his job. One day I wanted to light candle to GOD. I didn't have a matchbox. He gave me a lighter. I didn't know how to use it. He searched for a matchbox in no time and got for me. Like that he understands my house hold needs and fulfills them quickly. A trustworthy, reliable professional. I wish him good luck in his future endeavors

I visited Mercure Sabang with my 4 years old and my mother of 84 years old. Both of them were very happy, my son loved the kids activity on Sunday morning, my mother enjoyed the breakfast and become gourmand (at home she doesn't eat much anymore). It was maybe a combination of good food, perfect lighting and friendly ambiance in the resto. Me and my son love the pool, it was in the perfect depth (1.3m), not too deep but not too shallow either. The room was spacious, we took the type of privilege room, the bed and pillows was super comforting, and everything was so clean. One advise, if you are a non smoker, request non-smoking room and floor immediately, We checked in a bit late so the 1st night I need to chose between having a king size bed in a smoking floor/room or twin bed in the non-smoking one. I was then chose the twin bed and move to other room with king size bed in non smoking floor, because the smell of cigarettes in the smoking room-floor was so strong. It is a good thing for the smokers I think, because not many hotels have a smoking room nowadays. So overall i would say that Mercure Sabang is 10/10. Will surely revisit.

Great location. The hotel is currently under renovation, so one restaurant is down and the other is quite small. The best thing about this hotel is the variety in breakfast options. Other than that, the bed and pillows are quite firm, too firm for my liking. The rooms are old and could need a proper deep cleaning. The couch and bench were full of stains and quite dirty. Wifi worked well, and the hotel Had plenty of restaurants nearby.

Its a pod. Ideal for solo. There are many workers when I arrived cleaning (quietly, discreetly and professionally), cleaning the toilets, showers, pods etc.... So the its super clean and fresh. I also had to get to Gambir Station to catcg a train. Tried hailling a transport from the roadside was quoted a higher tourist price. Got back to Bobobox, received help from Denny and Joe, who so kindly help called and arranged a transport for me at a fair price at peak hour 5:30pm. Joe, the Bobobox staff even accompanied me down to the street and waited for the transport to arrive and instructed the driver my destination and that I am going to take a train and needs to arrived at a specified time. Many thanks Bobobox team Juanda 👍

Location is great to walk easily to local parks, the National Monument (Monas), Grand Indonesia Mall and of course, lots of street food options to keep you full! There are restaurants too. The gym is simple, but has the basics you need; rooms were a decent size and clean. Hotel was great at providing information about getting around and what to eat. Hotel with a pretty good rate, but the facilities are very minimal. Breakfast has only white rice/fried rice, main stew, side-pot, vegetables, toast, coco crunc, water and 1 kind of juice. There are tea and coffee, fruit, and porridge (ijo beans boil, squid porridge, or cinnamon porridge. Not chicken porridge). The breakfast place is very narrow. The ac is cold, but the room is very small. Small bathroom, soap spot in 601 is broken, can't be used and the glass is rusty. The shower door is difficult to drain. The hot water shower is strange. Sometimes it's warm, then it's cold. Even though the tap was not moved and shaken. There is no minibar and tissue in the room, only in the bathroom. Slippers only provided 1, jd must be asked to the receptionist to ask for 1 lg. Small TV, only 21 inches. Chanel TV is a little, but good because all movie channels. What's interesting from this hotel is just the environment. Being on the sabang road where the culinary tourist area makes guests no need to be confused to find food.

Love how close this hotel to tanah abang or grand mall indonesia. Just 5-10 min via grab. The pool is also nice. Two pool actually. Cause this hotel have two building. The room quiet spacious.

This is a clean and bright hostel. The beds are comfortable and the wifi is fast. The staff are adorable young people who all speak fantastic english and in one case dutch! very helpful supervisor who resolved my issue when i'd booked another night but on the wrong date. she swapped the date for me at no extra cost. so i stayed yet another night in return! there are good facilities, a small gym and a nice chill out room with widescreen tv and PlayStation. think beanbags and A/C - heaven! You are close to a load of street food vendors in the side alley otherwise it's a ten minute walk round the block to plenty of restaurants. a good place to start your stay in jakarta if you arrive at gambir. btw also close to national gallery (which is excellent) and the national museum - also great!!
