Hesse Hotel Celle

Hesse hotel is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. Reception. When first getting here there was little advice or help with anything . Bar was not open no food was being sold . Breakfast. Choice of breakfast was egg or hotdog sausages no bacon very poor selection of continental choices tinned fruit at best . When ask for bacon or something told there isn't any and shunned away. Having stayed here for 4 days in a room with no Internet never cleaned even though requested had to chase for clean towels . Staff make you feel terrible everything is hassle for them. There are better hotels around the area for a similar price after talking to people . Please dont spoil your holiday by staying here .

Information say that there is a restaurant and a bar but it is closed There is no staff at check in The Doors are open and the lift is open so anyone can come in to to hotel that is very low security But at checkout the staff showsup to say goodbye Better to say welcome and have a control over the the hotel

3 star stay! Overall expetience was good. Check in was easy, but the bathroom was dirty with hairs all over the floor when I got there. Reception made sure I could have another room as they said it was too late to get someone to clean. The second room was clean - rooms overall are basic but clean. There is no conditioner, only a combined body/face wash/shampoo. Bottle of water was provided in the room. Breakfast was really good considering it was included in the price of the room!

Werner Belz im Hotel vom 27.11.2025 bis 30.11.2025 Positiv: Frühstück i.O. Abendessen i.O. Zimmer vorhanden!
