[Day Use only] The area is great it has playground for children, bar, and basketball court. The pool is well maintain. The restaurant food is a little expensive but it taste good. Parking space is no problem at all it has a lot of parking area. Security is very good it has a security guard at the gate and the area is enclosed with high wall. It has a lot of Cottage that is clean and well maintain. You can go fishing also for Tilapia and have it cook. It has a lot of room and can accommodate a lot of guest. Great spending time with family and friends. The entrance fee is afforable.

The place is nice. The staff are approachable and friendly. They are nice. I had fun with my family. Thank you to all the staff of Hagnaya Beach Resort special the staff in the restaurant. Awesome experience.

We arrived in a monsoon downpour. No bellboy, just a security guard pointing vaguely in the direction of our room a good 250m away. No umbrella offered. The foot paths were like rivers. Not the best start. The bedroom was ok except the aircon which was totally inadequate. The bathroom was not good at all. The door would not stay closed so the very little cool air that the aircon provided went straight in there. The bathroom was not clean and in poor repair. The toilet looked distrusting. Mould around the plug hole etc. On the plus side, the staff were very nice. I believe it’s the management that let things slip!

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Badezimmer absolut unzureichend. Vier WiFi - Netze aber keines hat eine Verbindung ins Internet. Wenn man Glück hat funktioniert der Zugang zum Internet im Restaurant. Uns würde Zimmer 31 angeboten was ganz hübsch ausschaute. Das Badezimmer ist allerdings auf jedem öffentlichen Pissoir besser. Nach Beschwerde bekamen wir Raum 25. Angeblich de luxe Ausstattung, aber schaut euch die Bilder an ... Roomservice kostet 10% Aufschlag das Essen ist aber gut. Als wir dann auschecken wollten kam eine extra Rechnung von 3300 Peso für das neu Zimmer was wir aber wegen der wehementen Ablehnung meiner pfilippinischen Freunde gestrichen wurde. Ich werde in diesem Hotel nicht mehr einchecken. Aussenanlage ist gepflegt und täuscht über den waren Zustand hinweg. Heutzutage kein Internetzugang geht einfach nicht.
