My husband and I visited Cartagena with our two youngest sons - 16 and 20 - and stayed here for our first two night. Absolutely amazing service and location (how is it somewhat walkable? It needs 100 for walkable, it’s right in the historic center.). Beautiful rooms and balcony over the street. Breakfast very good and eggs made to order - waffles on . Special thanks to Rodolfo, who went out of his way to make us feel special and helped with our next hotel and beach tours. Really excellent service. Jhon at the bar and Ivan was great too - he walked us to the pier to catch our boat! Nothing I’d change. Bed and pillows comfortable, shower was great. Thank you for a great stay!!

Overall, the property was clean, and tastefully decorated. The room itself was stocked with lotion, q-tips, robes, fridge, safe - and a welcome candy treat. Nice touch.
The daily breakfast, while 'enough' was always the same, and became un-appetizing after the 2nd day of a 7-day stay. Change the menu items.
What made this hotel extra, was the staff. Carlos, Alejandro, Jhon, Antonio - and all those whose names I have forgotten. They treated me like "familia." They escorted me at night, if I wasn't quite sure where a place was, offered dining, shopping and tour suggestions. Maria was caring, coming to the room to offer first aid, when my friend hurt herself. And Thomas Dorvaux, the General Manager was always around, ensuring everyone was attended to.
First trip to Cartagena, and not the last. I will return to this hotel

Beautiful intimate boutique hotel right in Old Town Cartagena. A step away from the city gates and within walking distance to all the sites so it was a great location to stay. Rooms were clean with a comfortable bed, nice sheets and good A/C. As expected being within the city it can get loud at night with all the street noise but that’s part of the experience! Thank you to Jason, Santiago, and Carlos for their recommendations and hospitality!

The staff member are friendly and helpfull. All the hotel is very clean, breakfast it's great. The location of the hotel is the best inside the Wallcity.

3 nights spent at this magnificent hotel located in the heart of the historic center of Cartagena. The hotel and the room are beautifully decorated, all the staff were nice, warm and welcoming, special thanks to Rodolfo but once again all of them were nice and helpful. The hotel is at walking distance from bars, restaurants and the must see landmarks of the city.

Everything was fantastic! From the delicious welcome mojito when I arrived, to the impeccable service from the staff and the beautiful decoration. The hotel had everything I needed, and I couldn't recommend it more!

It was a very nice experience at the hotel, the staff was amazing and made me feel comfortable. I loved the rooftop. the pool is beautiful, and right next to the mirador. Loved it!
