Hôtel Simone Cannes Centre

Edith was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and Edith gave us some nice tips for the city and place to explore. She kept our bags the last day after checkout so we could make the most of our trip. Bonus that the breakfast was nice.

Will never stay here ever again. Rude and demeaning staff who have zero care in the world. 2 terrible things happened while staying here and the employees didn’t do anything or express any concern. When we arrived we informed them that we parked our car in a nearby lot because the one they recommended was full, come to find out the next morning that our car was towed and we had to spend the first day of our trip at the French police station trying to get it back. The front desk employee laughed in my face when I told them what happened and treated me as stupid the rest of the stay. But it gets worse. I had an expensive necklace that I left out in the room while housekeeping cleaned for that day and returned to it missing. I called after realizing it had gone missing and the front desk people dismissed it and had no follow through on the matter. They asked why I didn’t put it in the safe, when I really shouldn’t need to do that if I’m staying at a 4 star hotel. Not a single person I interacted with at this hotel left a good impression. They didn’t take my problems seriously at all and handled both situations very poorly. Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy, I never have had any problems staying in hotels and her we have 2 major ones. Never again, do not stay here!

Small hotel located opposite the train station and close to a butcher's shop, every morning we were woken up by deliveries from the store right next door, we saw animal carcasses there, honestly it was not glamorous, the first morning we had breakfast on tables located outside in a very busy pedestrian street, we were really annoyed. our room was well decorated but there was no headboard, surprising for a hotel with 4 stars.

Bon service de Nora et Isabelle. Le chambre a tres bon avec le service. When I return to cannes I will be back at the simon hotel as they provided great service and price. Staff is very friendly and accomodating

Had an excellent stay during the exhibition where the city is full - still here you get to relax, while still close to all the places you need. Super nice, clean and helpful staff - i will be happy to come back here for my next stay in cannes - Morten

Very nice hotel! Clean and nicely decorated, the room is small but has everything you need. The hotel is in the center and on a busy road but it’s perfectly soundproof. Edith and all the staff have been more than welcoming and kind. Would definitely recommend!

Very welcome staff and helpful ( Elisabeth) 24h support And always with the smile on the face Best location , you are close to all the nice coffe shops and restaurants . It’s 5 min walk from the beach and 1 minute from the train .

I still don't understand how you can run a hotel with so much work outside, just in front of the hotel, it will undoubtedly be very beautiful when these noisy works are finished, I had planned to work in the afternoon in the bedroom but it was just impossible, I don't understand how work can start so early in the morning, The view from my room overlooked this street under construction and it was unbearable, having breakfast with all these noises was impossible, bad memories

It was a great stay for us. The most important thing for us is that an apartment or a room is clean. This one is very clean, bright, with a good bed and a great location. The staff is friendly and easy going. Would recommend.
