Hotéis em Cannes

My partner and I stayed here for a couple nights during my interrailing trip. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is a 2 min walk to the train station and about a 5 min walk to the beach. There are also lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and had great customer service! We arrived early but was able to check our bags in and headed out. Again, when we arrived back to the hotel late at night the male night reception was super friendly! Great customer service! However, on checkout the lady at reception was very rude. We overheard her ask for 40 cent more from the couple in front of us as the hotel had charged them wrong. And then without even saying hello she stated that we owe money. We had paid in full on arrival so was confused and asked why. She stated that the gentleman who checked us in had not calculated it right and that we owed €2. As this had happened to the people in front of us as well we felt it was wrong of them to be asking every customer for the extra money if it was the hotel at fault. She became very abrupt and said “will you not pay it then”. Obviously we weren’t bothered about the €2 but it was the way we were being spoken to considering it was the hotel at fault. Perhaps staff training in customer service is needed for this individual as well as training in basic numerical skills. Overall, I don’t want to leave a terrible review as it was only that one lady who treated us very badly and was very rude. All the other staff were amazing and went above and beyond! So yes I would recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a cheap stay in Cannes with the perfect location! Just disappointed in the bad ending!

The hotel offers fully equipped studios/chambers. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Located in a quiet street. Great bathroom also. A convenient breakfast. Reserve as soon as possible, the rates are more interesting and the establishment is quickly attacked.

Very well located hotel. There is parking nearby (paid) and there is a beach next door. The room is very good, we can arrive 24 hours a day. Very nice hotel, the small drawback is that the housekeeper cleaned some rooms before 11 am, so the noise was very loud, so I woke me up at 9:30 am. The customer also went home around 3.30 in the morning and made a lot of noise. Otherwise everything is fine 👍🏻

The lady in the breakfast restaurant is such an amazing person, he praised the smartphone case, talked to Nico Nico and enjoyed it. The breakfast itself is of course delicious. Japanese fruits are usually better, but sweet and delicious! ! There are also good brands of black tea and herbal tea. Come out る You can relax on the private beach in front of you, and you are also close to shopping from the back door of P. There is also a supermarket. The facility is Bulgari, slippers are soft and fluffy ☆ No toothbrush (No other places in France.) If you ask me for your Wi-Fi password and try to enter the room, you need an ID and it is not connected (´ ;ω;`) When listening to the story, the same pass and ID will be entered! If you tell me at the beginning, you don't have to spend a lot of time, but this is the only benefit. We reached the front row by taxi, but the brother in the front row turned the car to the back P and took the luggage to the room. We went back a little bit on the way home, but it was not difficult. I stayed at the hotel for a few days during MIPCOM in October. It's in a good location, not far from La Croisette. The staff is very attentive, particularly Magali who was very helpful in keeping and returning some clothes that I had forgotten at the hotel when I checked out. The dinner menu should be more diversified, as I found it very limited and repetitive.

I was staying in the hotel for work reasons for 2 weeks. I looked forward getting back to The Zenitide each day. It was a nice relaxing place to stay. Clean and well looked after facility. Staff were friendly and helpful. Situated perfectly 20 riverside walf yo the seaside.

Hotel with history in the centre of Cannes. All nearby, boutiques, restaurants, embankment, port. There are yachts in rooms with sea view. The area between the hotel and embankment was recently renovated. The last time was in December, in the rooms warm, good breakfast, almost always make the room appreciation at the settlement. At an adequate price - recommend.

We come here every year since 2017. Initially we were meant to stay for 3 nights but have extended it to 5 nights as we had to work week days and wifi was good for video conferencing. It is not luxury hotel - it is practical hotel for family stay. It has enough space, table, 2 chairs, bathroom with walking in shower as well as bathtub. If you don’t fancy going out, you can microwave your meal in the room. The front desk is great, the manager lady is very professional and attentive and brunette gentleman (Thomas) was just outstanding: nothing was too much to ask. We felt very safe there. It is true about noise coming from the street and rubbish trucks but this is also true if you stay in other city in South France as these services only work overnight due to the traffic and heat during the day. They were kind enough to recognise our loyalty and bring us small gift with a note. Housekeeping lady is very polite and diligent. Her service was very consistent. Especially when you stay more nights, it makes a difference. Towels are of good quality. I would say the only negative is ever increasing price. It is more than double of pre-covid times and further up from last year. It is no longer good value Cannes option it used to be. I hope we can still afford it next year.

Very nice hotel but a lot of waiting at the reception as well as at Room Service room very badly placed we were just above the air conditioning fans of the whole establishment as much to tell you that the noise at night was unpleasant… It's that's why we only stayed one night and then left for the Martinez to finish the week Too bad Especially when the receptionist asks us if the room suited us and we only answer no, she doesn't even try to make an effort on the breakfasts that we paid one hundred euros

Stayed in classic room which was very spacious and rooms were very quiet. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included. Large indoor pool area or you can pay 20 euro to use rooftop pool for the day. There is a carpark but you need to book a space as they are limited and it is very hard to find. Turn right into the street just before the hotel and about 50metres up that road on the left is a roller door. Press buzzer and they will let you in. No signage on roller door.
