Delayed flight had us arrive at VAL after midnight, 65 Euro cab ride; we had a 6 year old, no cabs had booster seats...they wouldn't take her (1 finally did). It is a local hotel, not a resort; keep that in mind when you expect accommodation or amenity.I should caveat that with: if you speak Spanish, there are a lot of activities for the family, otherwise, there is nothing to do at the hotel aside from the pool. No English, but their website says that; I enjoyed brushing off my rusty college Spanish, but it could only get me so far in stores, with cab drivers, and with the hotel staff. So, if you don't speak fluent Spanish, just be prepared to get your Google translate out. Everyone brings their beach gear; no rental places (including at the hotel) which gets brutal when you are on the sand with no umbrella. Breakfast was fine; did not pay for lunch, dinner on 2nd night got a ground chicken patty (raw) and meatballs (raw). Understand the siesta; impacts pool times and bar times as well as the few stores nearby. The beachfront comes alive around 9PM; merchants set up, and restaurants open prior to to that, the few restaurants that are open are packed, and the couple of stores near the beach have siesta hours; plan accordingly. Within a couple of blocks there is a gas station and supermarket (Consum) that maintain regulars hours where you can get what you need. The mini-fridge in the room was not particularly cold, and it took along time to cool things down. On Sunday, there was a flea market near the hotel where you could get beach towels or beachwear for cheap as well as some local food. It closed at 1200 or 1PM; highly recommend if for no other reason than the experience. Cab back (left at 1230) to airport was 50 Euro; so, about 120 Euro in cabs without going anywhere else by cab during our stay. Overall, I think it is a bit overpriced, but, again this is informed by a language barrier. If you don't speak Spanish, I would look elsewhere.

El hotel está muy nuevo, las camas muy cómodas y la habitación amplia. Muy muy cerca del centro. El personal muy atento. Tienen una máquina de café gratis en la cafetería para que la utilicen los clientes cuando quieran, además de café, chocolate, infusión, etc. El parking es amplio pero se puede aparcar sin dificultad un par de manzanas más abajo y si no hay suerte en la calle Fernando el Católico mucho aparcamiento y está a cinco minutos andando.

We booked this hotel to just get to sleep and continue to travel in the morning and so did we. We arrived a little before 10 a.m. and while we checked, we asked for dinner there and told us we had a little bit before, because the kitchen was closed at 10 a.m. We were very happy to get a little bit of the room, but we were very happy to get a little bit of the room. While they made our dinner we went up and ran out of our bags and saw a bed missing, we had booked for 3, we communicated it at reception and when it was already placed back, that's right, if the room was already small they put it with shoes, The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Instalaciones muy nuevas y cocina bastante equipada, a excepción de escurridor. Fácil aparcamiento, buena wifi y tv impresionante. Muy buena opción si vas en coche y plateas desayunar y utilizar la cocina. Sino llevas coche está alejado y sin cocina buscaría un hotel convencional.

We left our car in the free carpark next to the hotel, then entered it through a designated door to the reception area. The guy there was very efficient, friendly and helpful ! The room was very good, with a big comfy bed, a clean bathroom, TV, mini fridge, and a safe. Also no noises heard from rooms near to ours, a great plus ! All very good so far...but...! Breakfast was included in the price, and have to say was a little disappointing ! The coffee had a strange taste and there was only one choice of small bread roll for toasting (not nice either) ! Also no bananas or apples at breakfast. There was a gym and heath spa to use, but we were limited on time so couldn't try them ! Apart from the breakfast issues, the hotel was very good, and in a great location next to a commercial centre. Hopefully the breakfast disappointment was a one off, as I will stay there again when passing through Valencia again !!

The hotel has a great location. Within 15 minutes of walk you’re in the beautiful city centre of Valencia. All the other places to see are within 15 minutes by bike or even less with electric scooter. The area Russafa is filled with many good places to eat. The hotel staff is very friendly and help you with everything you need. Breakfast was good, restaurant staff also works hard to keep everything maintained. The rooms are very nice, AC works good, clean up every day by very friendly ladies. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The location is superb. You can definitely see the sunrise on the sea in the morning. There is no obstruction. The sandy beaches outside are also very beautiful and well maintained. But the hotel facilities are a bit old, the bathroom rooms are relatively small, but there seems to be no better option. This is already the most expensive hotel in the entire area. Things are delicious. After all, Valencia, the birthplace of paella, is better overall than Barcelona.

This is a gem of a hotel providing excellent service in a modern environment and exceptional value for money. The hotel is a neat idea being built into an old building but providing new, clean rooms - clever design and great re-purposing of the building. Taxi cost around €25 from the airport. Rooms were clean with a very comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast was better than I expected - it was well presented and had good choice. One of our party requires gluten free but she had no problem finding something suitable each day. The staff even went out of their way to find black tea bags to satisfy English tastes! The staff are great - all young providing a friendly, polite and professional service. The location is fantastic - only 15 mins walk from the cathedral, Turia garden is across the road and metro station (line 4) is 5 mins away which takes you directly to the beach. We walked everywhere (except to the beach) including to the City of Art and Science (easy to find by walking through Turia garden and following it round. For football fans Mestalla stadium is about 25 mins walk away. Overall it’s a great hotel for those wanting somewhere close to the city that require a comfortable bed, excellent shower and simple but excellent breakfast.
